Had a great experience at Elite Dental. They were running a promo for new patients like me that included free X-rays, which was a nice bonus. The consultation by Dr Ben was very comprehensive with both photos and X-rays to explain everything clearly. I went back twice to get my fillings fixed as they had cracked and were poorly done at another clinic from before (see before and after photos attached). Dr Benjamin Chan, along with his team Srei and Mui Yen, were incredibly professional, gentle, and friendly throughout. They also accept CHAS cards, and the dental insurance claims process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend and wish I came here way earlier coz my teeth need some extra TLC! The location in Orchard is very convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Run, don’t walk to this dental clinic coz dental health is wealth too 😊

Had an amazing experience with Dr Gerald and his team for my crown implant. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. The entire process was efficient, smooth, and surprisingly painless, which really helped put me at ease. Dr Gerald took the time to explain the procedure clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood every step before proceeding. I really appreciated how gentle and reassuring he was throughout the treatment. It made a huge difference, especially for someone who can be a little anxious about dental work. The team supporting him was equally fantastic, attentive, friendly, and very well-coordinated. You can really feel that they work seamlessly together and genuinely care about patient comfort. I recently visited Elite Dental Clinic due to severe pain from my wisdom tooth. A detailed X-ray was taken, and Dr Gerald Tan reviewed my case. He found that the tooth was decayed and positioned close to the nerve, which would make extraction more complicated. He recommended having the tooth removed under IV sedation. Dr Gerald took the time to explain the entire procedure clearly and reassuringly. He patiently answered all my questions, and his calm and thorough approach gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Additionally, the front desk team, Jerusha and Jessie, went above and beyond. Administrative matters were handled efficiently, and they even helped arrange an appointment with the anaesthetic doctor on very short notice to accommodate my situation, which I truly appreciated. On the day of the surgery, I was feeling very nervous. However, Dr Gerald provided reassurance and made sure I felt at ease before the procedure began. Thanks to the IV sedation, I have no memory of the surgery itself, and I was informed afterward that everything went smoothly! The surgery was quicker than I had anticipated. The entire recovery process was smooth. At my one-week review, I felt genuinely glad that I had proceeded with the extraction. What a relief! Dr Gerald conducted a thorough check-up and provided guidance on follow-up care. Thank you, Dr Gerald, for your exceptional care and expertise! I can now travel with peace of mind! Had a dental checkup scheduled with Dr. Ben, it was one of the most thorough and meticulous dental experience so far. As this was my first visit, xray was done and he found decay between my tooth behind an old filling. He advised to redo the filling and explained my X-rays really clearly. In doing the new filling, Dr. Ben was very skilled and careful and it was painless and smooth process. The cleaning was a similarly enjoyable experience. The reception was friendly and systematic in scheduling my appointment with reminders. The nurses were also experienced and friendly. Clinic was clean, well equipped with cool decor. Overall, highly recommend the clinic and Dr. Benjamin Chan!

Had a toothache that kept me up over a couple of nights. Came to Elite Dental on Monday for a checkup, took some X-rays and photos and turned out to be a badly decaying wisdom tooth. Dr Gerald is clearly very experienced and gave me great advice on the options available for the situation. Will have to do wisdom tooth surgery to fix it. So I came back two days later to have the decayed tooth extracted as it was simply causing me a lot of pain and I was having trouble even biting food. Going to the dentist can be a scary and harrowing experience for many, especially for me today as I had to get a tooth pulled out. In fact, Dr Gerald informed that if the tooth broke while extracting, he would have to do a procedure to remove the broken pieces. Thankfully, Dr Gerald did an amazing job and pulled it out cleanly within 3-5 mins. He was firm yet gentle in his approach and assured me that this would be a good day! And it was, as he did wonderfully and I didn’t feel a thing with the injection given before the extraction. Totally painless! 👍 Kudos to Dr Gerald and thank you and your team for a job well done!
