We recently completed our home renovation with Empire Works, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. After comparing a few contractors and interior designers, Empire Works may not be the cheapest, but their pricing is transparent and reasonable, which gave us confidence from the start. Our project was managed by KK, who was very helpful and provided many practical and useful suggestions throughout the renovation. The project was completed on time, and we were kept well-updated at every stage, which gave us great peace of mind. During key meetings, Ivan also took the time to sit in and share his professional input, which showed the team’s commitment and attention to detail. Overall, we are very satisfied with the workmanship and project management. Empire Works is highly recommended!

I engaged Empire works to renovate my newly brought resale flat this year. It was in overall a smooth and good experience thanks to with James and the rest of the team. James was helpful in giving out suggestions like for eg the material of choice for kitchen tabletop and also gave good recommendations for fans and bathroom appliances. He patiently listened to our needs, specifications and choice of preferences and responded well. He coordinated the entire renovation process well including the installation of bathroom doors that were done by a third party. Even when there are some minor rectifications to be done, he ensured they are done without further rework. The end results are good and I feel happy and satisfied - be it the newly built kitchen and bathrooms, the carpentry work and electrical works. Once again, thanks to James and the rest of the Empire Works team!

Ivan is truly the best! The overall theme, design, and carpentry work are top-notch. From start to finish, the process was intense, but Ivan's patience and dedication really stood out. He took the time to sit down with us, listen to our ideas, and make sure he fully understood what we wanted. His communication is excellent — he's always on top of meetings, responsive to our questions, and quick to provide updates on the progress of the renovation. Ivan also excels at coordination and time management, keeping everything on track despite the complexities. The costs were very reasonable as well. Although the renovation timeline was slightly delayed, I’d suggest adding one to two weeks just to be safe, but overall, the experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!
