About Eterna Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio
Eterna Medical Clinic Ang Mo Kio is a general practice clinic located at 629 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4, serving residents across Ang Mo Kio and the broader islandwide area. It has been listed as KakiList verified, and holds a 4.7 out of 5 rating across 37 Google reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile, and no ACRA registration has been confirmed, so prospective patients are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check queue times or make an appointment. A standard GP consultation covers presenting symptoms, a clinical examination, and where relevant, investigations such as a blood panel, urine test, or referral for imaging. The clinic is listed under GP and 24-Hour Clinics, so it is suited to acute illness, minor injury, repeat prescriptions, and routine health matters. Patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia may enquire about the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for eligible conditions at participating CHAS or Healthier SG-enrolled clinics. CHAS subsidies and Healthier SG enrolment status should be confirmed with the clinic directly.
To proceed, call the clinic on the listed phone number to confirm current operating hours, queue availability, and whether the clinic accepts your CHAS card tier or Healthier SG enrolment before making your way down.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Have seen both Dr Ng and Dr See before. Extremely good listeners, friendly, and do not rush through a consultation. Prices charged are reasonable. Well done!
1st time visited this clinic. Front desk was patient & approachable. Attended by Dr Ng, he was friendly & meticulous. Overall a very good visit today. Will become one of my go to clinics from now on if ever me or any of my family members gets under the weather.
Very happy with the clinic and the Dr. Took my dad there for post operation follow up. He's friendly and competent.
Clinic doctor is fine but the clinic assistant is sucks!!! A short hair aunty with a big attitude problem, asking her about medicine but she don't answer my question and said she will only talk to patient, what the hell!! I just want to help my son in case he didn't catch the whole picture.she didn't even want to look at me when I am asking her.
Dr Ng was very patient with my child, who went in sobbing hysterically, thinking she may be getting a jab, or may die of dengue fever. The clinic was able to accept my MHC Medicare care for dependents

A standard GP consultation at a private clinic in Singapore typically runs S$25–60 before any subsidies, with follow-up visits usually at the lower end of that range. On top of the consultation fee, investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), urine dipstick, throat swab, or referral for X-ray or ultrasound are billed separately, as are prescriptions and any procedures such as wound dressing or injection. GST applies on private medical services. CHAS cardholders (Orange or Blue tier) and patients enrolled under Healthier SG may be entitled to subsidised rates — confirm with the clinic whether it participates in these schemes, as the subsidy quantum differs by card tier and condition. For any planned investigation or procedure, ask for an itemised estimate upfront so you know the out-of-pocket portion before committing. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — this is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence is currently listed on this KakiList profile, so patients should check the MOH directory directly using the clinic's address or name before booking. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm active registration status and any disciplinary history. For a GP setting, basic SMC registration (as a general practitioner) is the relevant credential. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before attending — neither alone is sufficient, and an unlicensed clinic premise is a meaningful red flag.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions — hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others — up to S$700 per year (combined across family members on the same account under the MediSave 500/700 scheme). Standard acute GP consultations are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP visits, though some IP riders include outpatient or specialist rider benefits — check your policy terms. CHAS subsidies apply at participating clinics for Singapore Citizens holding Blue or Orange cards, and Healthier SG enrolees receive subsidised rates at their enrolled clinic. Confirm the clinic's participation in each scheme by calling ahead, as enrolment status can change.
