First of all, Ethereall has renovated not one but TWO homes for me. And definitely will go with them again for the next home. To be clear, I do not know anyone from ethereall personally. We discovered them through our usual ID hunting process. And they exceeeded my expectations on so many levels. We absolutely loved working with Hace and BT! Here’s why I would pick them again and again: 1. They understand our needs at home and inculcates it into the design, without bursting our budget. 2. They are not the cheapest but in my opinion they are the most value for money with quality materials and workmanship. 3. Project management is solid. Provides timely updates and ensures they seek our approval during critical decision making. 4. Able to also handle onsite complexity with creative problem solving that doesn’t cost a bomb. The whole process with them is made enjoyable thanks to them. Thanks so much Hace and BT for our beautiful two homes and we look forward to working with you guys again soon for our next home!

We really loved the work Sherry and Charmaine (from Ethereall) did for our very first home. From the start, they truly took the time to understand our lifestyle, personal interests, creative pursuits etc. Throughout the design process, they were clear, collaborative, and patient, guiding us through decisions on tiles, furnishings, lighting, and materials. They always took the lead to share with us their ideas and provided great recommendations and ensured everything worked cohesively. Both also took the time time to advise us on our different furniture options to see how it might go with our potential home. They created spaces tailored to the needs of each room, while also adhering to our preference for minimal built-in elements. Their project management was top class. we did not have to check or worry about anything at all including rectifying any issues from contractors - they effectively coordinated the contractors, and the final workmanship was fantastic, especially the tiling. We couldn't have asked for better interior designers. Sherry and Chermaine were just as excited about our new home as we were, which made the process even more enjoyable. I recently engaged Ethereall for the interior design of my new home, & worked closely with Jaime throughout the process. Ethereall's pricing may be more expensive compared to the other IDs I went to but they are worth every penny n saved me alot of headache. Jaime was always on the ball n super responsive. My house had a lot of issues cause of a poorly done job by a different contractor, but she focused on finding solutions n managed to resolve everything smoothly. Ethereall gave me a very personalised experience. From detailed design drawings to tile, light, bathroom, door, curtain, n paint shopping, every aspect was carefully discussed n finalised according to my needs. Unlike some IDs who disappear after signing the contract, Jaime was always present on-site, supervising n ensuring everything went as planned. Her measurements were so accurate, n the carpentry turned out sooo beautiful... just as I had envisioned, with every detail measured down to the mm. I love the unique touches throughout, like perfectly shaped curves n a shower niche where the tile was carved into an "H" shape for fewer grout lines, giving it a cleaner look. The carpentry was meticulously planned to suit my needs, n it was all customised to fit within my budget n used high-quality materials. Ethereall is honest n clearly itemised every item in the quotation. Their workers were professional, friendly, n skilled, left no mess behind n were very considerate. From the tiling to the painting, everything was done to perfection, n the carpentry, complete with Blum hinges, is some of the best I’ve seen. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ID n company to work with. There are 0 regrets choosing them. Every dollar spent was justified by the outstanding service n quality. Jaime handled my entire project so seamlessly that I barely had to oversee anything. Ethereall truly stands out for being responsible, honest, n delivering top-quality work. I’m happy with how my home turned out. It’s exactly what I wanted 😍⭐👍 PS: my house turned out so good the images look 3D rendered.

Super grateful for our ID, Yun Xia, who brought our vision to life, and in such a tight timeline. We did a full overhaul for our EA, including major hacking, tiling, lots of carpentry and complete rewiring, all in 3 months. She was really prompt in responding to all questions and texts, and she was an absolute ✨QUEEN✨ at project management. She dropped by the site regularly, multiple times a week and sent us prompt updates via videos and voice recordings. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing throughout the whole renovation process; she made sure everything was on track! She also went shopping with us for almost everything from furniture to appliances, and even worked with my external vendors to liaise and arrange installation dates etc. We definitely spent quite a bit on renovating this house but no ragrets! Highly recommend Yun Xia if you want a peace of mind during your renovation process!

We engaged Ethereall for the renovation of our first home, and we were assigned to Jamie as our designer. She went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out. Communication with her was prompt and she always replied in a timely fashion, even at odd hours when I texted her with my endless questions. Our kitchen was a real headache to configure with all our appliance requirements. Jamie readily provided many configuration options, with visuals, pointing out the pros & cons of each alternative as well and that helped us immensely! The contractors that Ethereall partners with are of great standard as well, and we have to shout out the excellent tiling work as well. There were very little issues and hiccups during the renovation, and where there was issues, Jamie took full ownership of the problem to ensure quick fixes to our satisfaction. Jamie’s help extended beyond the completion of our home as well. 3 months after key handover, she promptly arranged for the contractors to rectify minor defects that we discovered. In summary, we have no regrets engaging Ethereall and highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a great and reliable ID. Huge thank you to Jamie & Hace for making our dream home come true!!
