There’s no issue with the doctor or the treatment itself, but I end up waiting at least 40 minutes every single time I come. Why are so many appointments scheduled at the same time, and why isn’t the delay taken into account when setting the schedule? Don’t patients’ time matter? Dr. Pong generally takes a long time for each consultation, and the waiting time here is consistently excessive. Because of this, I honestly prefer not to visit this clinic unless I absolutely have to. I know I’m not the only one experiencing this.

This is truly service straight from the heart. We are not the patient from this clinic but upon seeing my husband on clutches they offered us a seat in their clinic right away, even for me an accompany family member. This is something even our doctor’s clinic has never offered. I observed they open 5mins early for their queuing patients, 4 service counters all opened. By observation, I can tell how much upfront they are there for patients. Thank you very much for the kind gesture. Recommended if anyone seeking for eye care, in my humble opinion.

My cataract was done by Dr Fong last year Oct. however after the Ops, my vision still blur, and still need to wear glasses.
