This place is a great place to get all your eye related needs. I went here to check my eyes and the process was quite quick. The options for frames were also plentiful and the staff was friendly. Absolutely the best service I’ve received at an optical store. The staff, especially Fang Rui who was assisting me, is highly knowledgeable, communicate well, and is very good at understanding your needs and addressing them. What I love about them is the continued after sales service where they ensure that my contact lens fits well. I had some blurriness after a few days of wearing and I dropped them WhatsApp messages and then went in for a check again and Fang Rui had already prepared for this scenario an had the solution (a different trial lens that fit me) ready for testing again. This way, I found a lens pair that fit my eye optimally and they still continue to assist if needed. Very highly recommended and just go to them if you need your optical issues sorted.

First time getting contacts. They offered 2 trial sets for me to use before i open the box i bought so to let me try and see if im ok with it, and to allow exchange if not suitable. I tried the lenses and wasnt used to it, so went back to them for a checkup and they explained very clearly, making me more comfortable and confident about how i should feel when i wear the lenses. Strongly reccomend to anyone who wants to try wearing contacts for the first time.

The shop has a wide variety of frames to choose from, and Sean took the time to explain clearly about the lenses she recommended for our progressive glasses. Upon collection on 2 Nov, the glasses were perfect. Sean even went the extra mile to adjust the bevel on my husband’s lenses so they fit nicely into the frame without protruding — a small detail, but it made a big difference in how the glasses look. Overall, we’re really happy with the service and the quality of the work. Highly recommended! 👓✨
