Services is good and kind. Spec lenses cut too small and over 3 years has dropped out more than twenty times which I hv went back to fix twice manually ...to resolve it on my own.. the rest of the times needing to buy screws kit set to fix spectacles myself. It is very precarious and I no longer dare to play basketball or other similar games if I m using their spec . The lenses also got scratches since they dropped off a few times

My son got his O.K. Lens almost three years ago ( early 2022), and we went back for regular check ups and also bought stuff from the shop from then on. But recently, they claimed that we did not pay off our lens fee and charged me 600 dollars. I checked with my husband and both of us paid twice of 600, so total 4*600 ( the price was 2400), which means we had paid off. The shop asked us to show our receipts or bank statements , otherwise no refund…. I asked them to show us their proofs that we did not paid off, they just mentioned that their finance team told them so. And then silence for weeks though I kept asking them whether they have checked. Really non sense to me. It is a scam and a cheat. Please do be aware when you are with this shop. Keep your receipts well for at least three years in case you run into the same situation as me. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I found I could not reply the shopper's answer, so I continue here. 1st, You only showed me your DBS bank transfer record with those ID for 2022 May, June, Sept, 2023 June (no names, no way that I can figure out whether the transfer was from me or not), no other documents provided, no Credit card transfer proof recieved from you despites many asks. 2nd, When I questioned you about a 3 year later payment while you said your finance team did diligent job everyday who wont miss my payment. How sarcastic it is? 3rd, when your front desk found I checked with my husband on his payments, and I questioned further on why charged me after 3 years? She canceled the transaction; however, she canceled wrongly, she canceled another client's true payment but not mine. While I need to talk with my bank for a month to figure out what happened eventually. 4th, I have told you many times that I canceled two of my previous credit cards, no way for me to find back my records unless I paid the bank to do so. I was solely relied on your credibility. Please stand in the customer shoes to think, I have been visiting the shop every now and then and bought things from the store for the past three years. And you suddenly told me that I did not pay off my 3 years ago amount which we did! Money loss is a small thing in the world. I seldom wrote comments, but people can judge on their own.

It was a delightful experience to be served by your staff, Jye Xian, on 26 Jan 2024. Not only was he efficient (even though it was just replacement of nose pad on my husband's spectacles), he was also attentive to the customer (noting that I am an elderly lady, he opened the door for my entrance to and exit from your shop). Such thoughtful staff speaks volume of your customer service.
