I have been a frequent customer of Fabric a sec and consistently receive prompt, reliable service from this dry cleaner. The quality of the dry-cleaning results meets my expectations, and garments are returned well-handled and clean, including items with difficult stains — which aligns with other customer feedback noting effective care and finish. The team operates efficiently, and there is an elderly staff member (the owner’s mother-in-law) who, despite limited English, manages tasks professionally, politely, and with clear attention to detail. Pricing is not positioned as the lowest in the market, but it reflects the standard of service provided. Overall, the service quality, quick turnaround, and consistency make Fabric a sec a dry cleaner I will continue to use and recommend.

Avoid at all costs. Total lack of transparency regarding pricing. They have a list of prices outside on display. After getting the receipt for a suit I dropped off, noticed that the price we were charged for a two piece suite was 2x what was displayed ($44 not $19). When I went back to question them, they said the prices on display outside were for children’s clothes, whilst also not being able to demonstrate anywhere on their records the where they got the $44 from. There is a dry cleaner 2 minutes down the road where I got 2x suits and a line jacket done for cheaper than this place charged me for one suit ($40 all in).

Stay away from this dry cleaning service if you value your high priced items! They would lie that your items sent were in 'bad' shape (with the aid of the old lady) before their cleaning and try to shrug off ANY responsibility at all when it’s their fault for damaging your items! Edit :- This guy is a habitual liar as we have PROOF of my item BEFORE and AFTER his ‘processing’. If you ‘FEEL’ we’re tarnishing your reputation why not settle this in COURT and let’s see what kind of lies you can spin in court? In Singapore there is such thing as defamation you are MOST WELCOME to bring us to court and let’s see who wins. Just to avoid further escalation I just settled for your pittance monetary ‘compensation’ and as the item was a gift from my husband the item cannot be measured with MONETARY value! PS - I have nothing to hide unlike you and your ‘worker’ who kept insisting that I sent in my item ‘damaged’ when I have EVIDENCE of the condition of my items prior to your ‘service’! Attached are evidence of his wrong doings with the alleged mismatch button conveniently and secretly replaced without alerting me when I collected my cardigan and the ruined fur end strands. Anyone judge for yourself what kind of person this guy is when he plays the ‘angel’ by replacing your button for you when the item sent in was perfectly fine and comes back with his ‘gesture of good will’ without notifying you when you collect your items! (Only after noticing the button was ‘replaced’ he starts to ‘remedy’ the issue) CLEAR evidence of deliberate concealment of his wrongdoings, lies and due negligence have now been provided and I welcome you to sue us with defamation just that we don’t have the time to ‘play’ with your lies so will be waiting here for your defamation lawsuit should you feel you were wronged in anyway and what I have said here are your so called ‘lies’. Second edit:- HAHA you just admitted you ‘damaged’ my cardigan by having the button replaced without notifying me upon collection. So the button was just miraculously ‘found’ and ‘rectified’. (It SHOULD BE rectified cause you DAMAGED it and trying to replace it with a lame NON-ORIGINAL button to avoid compensation, right?) As for the fur in the ORIGINAL state would be able to combed, right? Who knew the fur was DESTROYED by your ‘service’ and your so called ‘reprocessing’ did NOTHING to rectify the issue and your CONSTANT lying that it was sent in DAMAGED! Anyway if you sincerely feel your ‘reputation’ is tarnished here like I mentioned let’s bring it to court instead of constantly bickering here. If you’re so ‘right’ about your stance and have any grievances towards this honest review I’m leaving here please feel free to sue us for defamation and if you don’t. all will know and see what kind of person you are and the kind of business you run when evidence and truth are presented. PS - Would LOVE to see how you would present your case in court against my evidences and the lies you spin.

I go here to get my sofa covers washed regularly and am always happy with the service. I’ve had bad experiences with other laundry services for the same set of sofa covers where they were not cleaned properly/the material was ripped but have not faced the same issue here. Great care is taken with my laundry and the staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) has always been courteous and professional.

I am so thankful for Fabric A Sec in restoring my white linen jacket. I only bring in my husband's Loro Piana and Zegna shirts to be processed here and nowhere else. Recently I had this white linen jacket that was kept for a long time that had turned yellowish and against all hope, I asked the gentleman over the counter to try his best to salvage it. I was completely amazed at how he restored it to perfection. I'm so thankful for his service. A real gem in the neighborhood as most have said.
