About Faith Clinic Toa Payoh
Faith Clinic Toa Payoh is a general practice clinic located at 211 Lorong 8 Toa Payoh, serving patients in the Toa Payoh area and beyond. The clinic is listed as KakiList-verified, meaning a real person confirmed operating details and contact information. No regulatory licences appear in the public listing data at this time, and the clinic holds a 2.1 out of 5 rating across 101 Google reviews — a robust sample that warrants attention from prospective patients before booking.
For a first visit to a GP clinic, patients typically walk in or call ahead to confirm queue times and whether the consultation covers their presenting concern. It is worth confirming whether the clinic is panel-listed under your company's corporate insurance or Integrated Shield Plan, and whether MediSave can be used for any chronic condition management under the Chronic Disease Management Programme. If you require a referral letter to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic or a subsidised polyclinic pathway, clarify this with the doctor at consultation. Prescription medications and any investigations ordered — such as blood tests or urine analysis — will be billed separately from the consultation fee.
The clearest next step is to call the clinic directly to confirm current operating hours, queue availability, and whether your specific health concern falls within the scope of a general practice consultation. Listing data is incomplete — contact Faith Clinic Toa Payoh directly to confirm details.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I would like to provide feedback on my recent visit to Faith Clinic Toa Payoh. The staff were rude and unapproachable, waiting time is too long ti collect meds and MC, There were only two patients at the clinic, yet the waiting time was unnecessarily long. I found the service inefficient and disappointing, and I hope improvements can be made to staff attitude and service efficiency.
Go at your own risk please. Avoid this clinic , very weird practices. About pricing about insurance, the staff is like panicking, ask me to go other clinic. , doctor just do a very basic check. They just want to earn money. Doctor seems to be not so patient and only can give one day MC. Very special situation and rules not found at other clinics.
Worst clinic I ever been to, I went thr for on n off fever, cough n phlegm I was given meds n I day mc, I asked the Dr for 2 days mc to rest. Hesdid nw no fever, come back again Tmr to extend mc if still not well. I went back to wrk taking his meds fever kept cmg back n I had to wrk with it n nw aft my pm shift in ward need to go see Dr again. They just wanna make money. Will go to another clinic.
The clinic only had one doctor onsite and the doctor was in a conference. I waited for about 30 min and there was still no sign of being called next. I think it's fair to say that there should be better allocation or clearer upfront notice to incoming patients on the potential wait as patients would very much prefer a quick consultation and heading home to rest. I wouldn't have visited the clinic if my usual Temasek clinic was closed. Based on my past experience at this clinic, it's usually a miss for me.
ANYONE PLANNING TO GET A HPV VACCINE FROM FAITH : Wanted to do a HPV2 / Ceravix vaccination from them in which both Google and the gov website mentioned that it was $90 ( non Chas card holder ) for females below age 26. However after waiting for 30 mins, they told me that I’m not eligible for the vaccine and just mentioned that I can ONLY get HPV9/ Gardasil which was $200+, this vaccine is mostly chosen by females that has reached above 26 years old. When I tried to clarify the situation with them, the lady just insisted that I read the brochure she gave me and cut me off with the same points , the content of the brochure has no relevance to whatever the issue was. So my question to them is , why can I not opt for the Ceravix vaccine when I’m between the age the government subsidised. ( tried to call them multiple times after reading the BROCHURE but no one picked up my call ) Do not book any appointment from Faith Clinic Toa Payoh Lorong 8 as they’re truly unprofessional and disappointing.

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up consultations sometimes lower. The clinic's pricing is displayed as mid-range ($$), but an exact figure is not published in the listing — call ahead to confirm the current consultation rate before attending. Common add-ons billed separately include investigations (blood panel S$60–200, urine tests S$20–50), prescriptions, and any procedures such as wound dressing or minor surgery. GST applies on private medical services. If you hold a Medisave-approved chronic disease diagnosis, selected outpatient expenses may be claimable under the S$500 or S$700 annual MediSave withdrawal limits. For a planned procedure or specialist referral, request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration details appear in the current listing data for Faith Clinic Toa Payoh. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must be registered on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg. Before attending, search the consulting doctor's name on the SMC register to confirm their registration status and any specialist accreditation. You can verify clinic premises licensing on the MOH licensee directory. Given that neither credential appears in the listing, patients are advised to confirm both directly with the clinic before booking. Neither the clinic licence nor the doctor's SMC registration alone is sufficient — both should be in order for a legitimate private medical practice.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP outpatient visits — check your plan documents for outpatient rider coverage. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the S$500 per year general outpatient limit or S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. For any planned procedure, request a financial counselling session — the clinic should be able to provide an itemised estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions in writing before treatment begins. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill. If cost is a concern, a polyclinic or GP referral letter to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic can substantially reduce fees for Singapore Citizens through government subsidies, though non-urgent waits of 4–12 weeks are typical.
