Been coming here for more than 3 years! Lovely clinic with caring and experienced doctors and pleasant staff! Thank you Dr Oh and Dr Yeo for serving and caring for my overall health. They are very patient and knowledgeable in helping me address my symptoms. I feel like the doctors and staff show genuine care and I can trust them. One thing to note is that the clinic tends to be busy during peak hours, so try to avoid those timings as the wait can be rather long. The wait may be long, but the care is worth it.

Very unprofessional medical doctor they have. Visited 5 times for single symptom with super long waiting queue (average 2 hours) even not many patients around. Doctor so arrogant and refused to take my suggestion of giving antibiotics during third visit. Only willing to give on 5th visit. Unwilling to write ENT specialist referral letter and said not related. My symptom recovered fully after seeing specialist. I will never visit this clinic anymore.

We called ahead to secure an urgent medical appointment for one of our staff members, and we were given assurances that she would be seen if she arrived before 5 pm. Despite ensuring she reached the clinic by 4:48 pm, she was rudely turned away by Elva, who claimed that two walk-in patients took priority. Not only was this last-minute denial of service completely unprofessional, but the rudeness displayed by Elva was also unacceptable. Our staff's medical needs were urgent, and we took the necessary steps to secure an appointment. To be treated with such disrespect is simply inexcusable. This incident highlights serious flaws in the clinic's customer service standards. Transparency, accountability, and basic courtesy seem to be sorely lacking. We will not be returning to this clinic and will actively discourage others from doing so. Urgent improvements in both appointment scheduling and staff training are imperative to avoid further instances of rude and unprofessional conduct.
