Unfortunately, flowers delivered are not up to standard/fresh, turning yellow. 3rd time ordering from FarEastFlora. 1st 2 times are great experiences. 3rd time is a disappointment. Gave feedback to the Far East team and was informed: "This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We have also relayed your feedback and the attached photos to the relevant departments for review and improvement, to ensure better quality control moving forward." I totally understand when it comes with floral arrangements it can be tricky sometimes but comprehend how a florist will make a bouquet into a tube shape? I get photos on website are for illustrative purposes only but this is horrible.. find photos of actual product vs on website. Edit: the florist has contacted for a 1-to-1 exchange. Appreciate the initiation on their part and quick turn around, the flowers looks lovely and wife loves it. Thank you to the team.
