The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and holds a 4.8/5 rating across 163 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent service delivery. Engaging a senior transport service typically begins with a telephone or enquiry-form assessment covering the elder's mobility level, any medical equipment required during transit (such as a wheelchair, stretcher, or oxygen support), the origin and destination addresses, and whether the booking is a one-off appointment or a recurring arrangement for dialysis, physiotherapy, or specialist outpatient visits. Families should confirm in advance whether an attendant accompanies the patient, what the protocol is if the elder's condition changes en route, and whether the vehicle is equipped and certified for the level of care required.
To arrange a booking or obtain a quote, contact First Ambulance & Healthcare directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing. Have the elder's mobility needs, appointment schedule, and any medical equipment requirements ready before you call.

Needed an ambulance for my mum when my usual provider was fully booked, and First Ambulance really came through! Dianne on the hotline was super clear and helpful, and even kept me updated on WhatsApp so I always knew what was happening. Big thanks to Ari Sufyan, Wawa, Daud, and Syaaban who transported my mum—they were so polite, patient, and careful. Loved that they even checked in with the nurses to make sure everything was smooth during pick-up. Everything was hassle-free, communication was prompt, and I felt completely taken care of. Highly recommend!
I engaged them for a private ambulance service during an important event, and their team was truly outstanding. The staff were impressive, dedicated, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. A special thanks to Philip for his exceptional attention to detail and top-notch service. He made sure every aspect was handled perfectly and presented in the best possible way. Very highly recommended!
Service beyond and above expectations with very reasonable fees. Patient transfer via ferry at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. I was before hand told by ferry operator and TMFT operations that, base on their previous exp, ambulance services were late and caused multiple operational delays. However, the team at FIRST AMBULANCE changed this perspective. They were not only PUNCTUAL, but came early, to clear the TMFT security such that they were standing by off the jetty upon ferry arrival. Kudos, to Dianne, Ude and Irwan for providing such top notch service, even on a short notice. Much appreciated! Jazakallah khair.
Philip has been very helpful throughout the day of transportation of my Grandmother. He helped linking me to their China counterparts. We are grateful of his help.
I can easily say that First Ambulance is a very reliable and trustworthy service I ever found when I had emergency need for medical transfer of my dad from overseas. Mr. Philip, who’s my main contact, never stopped contacting related authorities/airlines to ensure we just wait for the good news without worrying, given that it was during Christmas time when everyone should be busy on their vacations. It turned out Mr. Philip didn’t let us down and settled everything, and at last my dad was safely brought back to my home country under his and his team and the doctor’s care during the whole process from hospital to the plane. Once again, thank you so much for your great service which I treated it as my last gift for my dad.

Specific rates for First Ambulance & Healthcare were not published at the time of listing. Senior transport pricing in Singapore typically varies by vehicle type (standard wheelchair-accessible van versus stretcher ambulance), journey distance, whether a trained attendant is included, and whether the booking is a one-off or a recurring package for regular outpatient appointments such as dialysis or physiotherapy. Confirm the full cost structure directly — ask specifically about any surcharges for peak hours, public holidays, waiting time at clinics, and return journeys. First Ambulance & Healthcare specialises in senior transport rather than residential or in-home care, so the live-in versus visit-based distinction does not directly apply here. The service is journey-based — transporting elders safely between home, hospital, clinic, or day-rehabilitation centre. Families should clarify the scope of each booking: whether an attendant accompanies the elder throughout the appointment, how waiting time at the destination is handled and charged, and what the process is for rescheduling or cancelling if a medical appointment changes at short notice. For ongoing arrangements such as thrice-weekly dialysis runs, ask whether a recurring booking discount or priority scheduling is available.
For a senior transport provider, the relevant personnel are the driver and any accompanying patient-care attendant rather than a residential caregiver. Confirm directly whether crew members hold first-aid certification or relevant patient-handling qualifications, and whether the vehicle carries appropriate equipment for the elder's needs — for example, a hydraulic lift, stretcher restraints, or basic oxygen. Also ask about the company's insurance coverage for passengers during transit, and what the escalation protocol is if a medical event occurs en route. First Ambulance & Healthcare does not currently hold listed regulatory licences on this profile — verify any clinical or transport-specific certifications directly with the provider before booking.
