Advised by Hafele to pay them (we weren’t informed it’s not Hafele, just given a QR with fine print). We successfully Cancelled the request but Nobody answer when we called for refund, then now when we WhatsApp they just don’t take residential orders. Scammy. $250 paid to them via Hafele who is circulating their QR code without written context.
