I have contacted Mark and engaged HandyMe Waterproofing & Services last year to do waterproofing works for my bathroom and repair of ceiling due to water leakage. Their services is excellent and workers are skilled and good. Recently, I have engaged their services again to repair my bedroom internal wall due to leakage water from windows and external facade waterproofing works. Mark is always very punctual and came on site to tell workers what to do. He always responded to messages very promptly. Good customer service! The workers deployed are skilled and hardworking. They finished their work till evening and cleaned up the place before they leave. Excellent 😊

I engaged HandyME for waterproofing treatment on the external walls, main roof, ridge tiles and RC slabs of my house. From the initial surface preparation to the final application of the waterproofing membrane, coatings and painting, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency and great attention to detail. The quotation provided was reasonably priced and competitive, considering the high-quality waterproofing solutions used and the extensive area covered. There was no hard selling during the site inspection and everything proposed was transparent and clearly explained. While the project was a considerable investment from my perspective, the level of workmanship, materials and execution made it clear that I was getting great value for the amount spent. The entire project took 21 days of continuous work, reflecting the complexity and thoroughness involved. Throughout this period, Mr. Vincent provided daily updates on the work completed, ensuring I was always well-informed. As the main point of contact, he maintained constant communication which I truly appreciated. Mr. Vincent is also very knowledgeable and was always quick to respond to any inquiries I had, addressing all my concerns thoroughly. He is a genuine individual who prioritizes his client’s best interests and needs while also being considerate of his team’s safety and well-being such as reminding them to stay hydrated or take short breaks when the sun gets too hot. He also made frequent visits to inspect the quality of work whenever he had the time, ensuring it met the standards. On a day-to-day basis, the team primarily comprised two very competent individuals, Indiana and Myo. They were punctual, well-organized and consistently respectful and polite in their demeanor. I was particularly impressed with their strong work ethic as they made full use of their time, staying focused and rarely wasting a moment. They meticulously cleaned the surfaces using a high-pressure water jet, repaired all necessary cracks and carefully applied each layer of waterproofing solution, ensuring proper sealing and curing. Mr. Vincent and his team were also proactive in informing me about the next steps in the process, which reflected their expertise and years of experience. I had complete confidence in the integrity of their work and felt no need to monitor their every movement. The honesty and trustworthiness demonstrated by Mr. Vincent and his team from the very beginning put my mind at ease. Now, my home is well-protected from water damage for many years to come and the final finish looks fantastic. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will turn to them in the future if the need arises. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and durable waterproofing solutions. I sincerely appreciate Mr. Vincent and his team for going the extra mile and am incredibly grateful for the outstanding work they've done.

We would like to appreciate the work done by Mr Mark and his team to help us to seal a roof leakage issue at our premises. The service personnel were professional, punctual, very efficient at their work. The waterproofing and the plaster work were done very well. The workplace was left very clean upon completion of the job as well!
