About Flair Weddings Singapore
Flair Weddings Singapore is a wedding services provider operating islandwide from its base at 63 Kampong Bahru Road. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 5/5 rating across 60 Google reviews, a moderately sized sample that lends reasonable confidence to the score.
Enquiries are handled via WhatsApp or phone, which suits the typical wedding vendor workflow: couples usually reach out with their event date, venue, and a broad sense of scope, then move into a style or package consultation before committing. For wedding services, popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November tend to book out earliest, so couples planning a solemnisation or banquet on a preferred date should make contact well ahead — six to twelve months is a sensible lead time for in-demand vendors. During the consultation, confirm what the package covers (hours of service, number of deliverables or installations, travel to non-central venues, setup and teardown windows), the deposit required on signing, the balance payment schedule, and the rescheduling or cancellation policy. If any portion of the event is outdoors or at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask about wet-weather contingency and public liability insurance.
To take the next step, reach out to Flair Weddings Singapore via WhatsApp or phone with your wedding date, venue, and a brief description of what you need — a written quote and package outline should follow before any deposit changes hands.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
My experience with Artisanal Flair has been one of the most enjoyable aspects of my entire wedding planning process and Tilly has just been an absolute joy to work with! Their selections are so unique and beautiful. I fell in love with an Ariamo gown they had just recently brought in, which is in a style that I did not find at other bridal studios. And while I wasn’t able to make a same-day decision, Tilly was so kind enough to still give me the same-day decision discount when I finally did commit to renting the gown. I had requested for the neckline of the gown to be adjusted and the alterations were also done beautifully! Service was truly impeccable. On my first visit, the customer before me was running a little overtime and Cheryl kept my husband and I occupied by sharing about some of the brands they carry and the suits they offer as well. As my appointment started late, Tilly also kindly informed the customer after me to arrive slightly later in order to give me the full appointment duration. Tilly also agreed to meet me on a PH when I was having doubts about the gown’s neckline and explained what alterations could be done. Her patience and advice was extremely reassuring. She has a great eye for styles that will suit your body type and you can trust her to make sure you look your best on your wedding day! When my AD photographer learned that my gown was from Artisanal Flair, she said, “no wonder your gown is so nice, Tilly is amazing!” which speaks volumes about her reputation amongst peers as well. The experience my husband had trying on their pieces, and the stylistic advice Cheryl and Tilly offered, were so helpful for him to figure out what he wanted out of his eventual wedding suit. They really are one of the best in the biz; so friendly, extremely professional and always ready to help.
I initially wasn’t very excited about wedding dress shopping and was actually looking for a cheongsam dress because the previous dress fittings at other boutiques were quite unsuccessful. I was going to settle for a dress that was somewhat ill fitting to my body but Tilly’s warmth and encouragement really turned my experience around. Because she is a fashion designer who has gone through formal fashion education, she is truly a master of her own craft; I definitely could differentiate her professional background from other wedding dress shops. When I arrived at my first appointment, she had already laid out several dresses that she thought would suit my taste and body shape. She walked me through the fabrics she selected and explained how certain cuts could accentuate or compliment my body. I barely gave her any information before arriving but her choices were right on the money. I would highly recommend Artisinal Flair for any brides looking for a dressmaker who truly cares about your final look. Also- I got a lot of compliments from family and friends AND vendors about my dress.
I fell in love with THE gown from Artisanal Flair 👰🏻✨ This was the first place I checked out and 6 hours later (on that very same day!) I said yes to this beautiful wedding gown. As I had no clue about the types of gowns and what was best for my body type, I selected a couple of gowns just to try on but they didn't feel right for me. Tilly stepped in and convinced me to try on this mermaid cut (with loads of sequins) just to see how it looks and I am so glad that I wore it because it was perfect. The whole process of renting a gown was made easy thanks to Tilly, and I'm beyond blessed to have worn this beautiful gown for my wedding. The wedding gown assignment 🤝 Tilly from Artisanal Flair
Tilly is so amazing to work with and is so creative. She made my perfect wedding dress come to life - with horses printed on it and made as a 2 piece so that it can be repurposed after the wedding. She also gives wonderful but honest advice on what type of dress will suit your body type best and what she thinks won't work so well, which is greatly appreciated! The dress was of amazing quality but was also incredibly comfortable to be in.
I got 1 3piece suit and 1 tux made by Cheryl for my wedding. They both were made so beautifully; I had multiple people come up to me on different occasions to ask me where I made it. My wife got her gowns from AF too. Both Cheryl and Tilly are so lovely and so knowledgeable!10/10 would ONLY recommend them

Wedding services pricing varies considerably by scope. Full-day wedding photography in Singapore typically runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full wedding planning (excluding venue and catering) S$5,000–25,000+. Floral and décor packages range from S$200–1,500 for bouquets and aisle arrangements up to several thousand for full venue styling. Flair Weddings Singapore uses a package pricing model — contact them directly for a quote based on your date, venue, and the specific services you require. When reviewing any quotation, confirm what is itemised: deposit on signing (typically 30–50%), balance payment schedule, hours of coverage or number of pieces included, deliverables timeline, travel surcharge for non-central venues, and whether GST applies. For wedding services, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November are typically the first dates to go. If you have a firm venue booking, approach vendors as soon as that is confirmed rather than waiting until everything else is in place. A deposit is what holds the date; until that is paid and a contract is signed, the date remains available to other couples. Confirm whether the deposit is refundable or transferable to a rescheduled date, and ask about the process if a public-health restriction or force-majeure event requires a change of plans. Wet-weather contingency for any outdoor elements should also be discussed at the booking stage rather than closer to the event.
Singapore wedding vendors typically require a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit ordinarily covers the date hold and any planning, design, or preparation work carried out before the event day. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date within an agreed window — confirm the exact terms in writing before paying. For cancellations, ask what portion (if any) is recoverable and at what notice period. Also confirm public liability insurance coverage, particularly if the event involves installations at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue manager may request a copy of the certificate. Put all terms — deliverables, balance schedule, rescheduling conditions, and insurance — in the contract before signing.
