Zac from Flo Design is simply outstanding! After meeting with 12 IDs, my wife and I can vividly say that Zac stood out from the very first meeting. While design sense is crucial, finding an ID we could genuinely vibe with was equally important to us. I recently hired Flo Design to renovate my house. The timing wasn't ideal, as I was caught in the middle of the festive season with Christmas,New Year, and Chinese New Year celebrations. Despite the challenges, Flo Design managed to complete the renovation in just about two months, allowing me to move in before Chinese New Year. To be honest, they're not the cheapest option, but l can clearly see the value in the premium l paid. I'm really impressed by their thoughtful planning of the usable space, the practicality of the design, and the aesthetics. The carpentry work is particularly exceptional. Of course, there were a few hiccups along the way -some minor issues with workmanship but these were quickly resolved. Overall, the entire renovation experience was smooth, and never felt anxious about when my house would be ready or how it would turn out.
