Wow I regret wasting my time and using this service... Jacket came back with a NEW stain - the stain was not there before. Coat and scarf smell bad...seems those were only ironed and not cleaned... AVOID THIS SPOT

Run and never leave your clothes there. Made a stain of my dress and than said it was already there and they will give it back to me. Worst service ever. NEVER GO THERE!!

For very basic cleaning its not so bad (Duvets). But I put in a couple of expensive silk shirts recently - I asked them to take extra care. But they came out reeking of cheap washing powder and were pressed badly. The older man there is super rude, and initially I felt like I couldn't trust him and seemed he didn't care at all - Ultimately I was correct. The extra 1 star is for the lady that works there part time. She is nice. If you're going to get expensive shirts cleaned - although slightly more expensive. Pressto which is just around the corner is a better option for delicate cleans.
