I have been a long-time patient of this clinic because Dr Leong has always been a competent and attentive doctor. Based on his advice, I recently started on a long-term medication to better manage my health. During earlier consultations, I was informed that any dosage adjustments would not result in a significant price difference, which was an important factor in my decision to proceed. At my recent visit, I was told the medication was out of stock and that I would need to wait a few days. I arranged for a family member to collect it on my behalf and made payment. To my shock, the medication was $200 more expensive than what I had reasonably expected based on prior discussions. I called on Wednesday to seek clarification regarding this substantial discrepancy. I was assured that the matter would be discussed with Dr Leong and headquarters and that I would receive a callback by Friday. No call came. I then contacted headquarters directly and was told I would receive a call today when the clinic opened. Once again, there has been no response. A $200 difference for long-term medication is not trivial. The complete lack of follow-up despite repeated assurances reflects a worrying disregard for patient concerns. Transparency in medical pricing is not optional — it is a basic responsibility. After years of supporting this clinic, I am extremely disappointed by the nonchalant attitude shown towards a legitimate issue. I expect a proper explanation and accountability from the clinic and the medical group.

Online and walk-in appointment system is very messy. I brought in My sick son at 8:05am got a queue number. But then those booking online keep “cutting” the line. They should restrict all appointment to online rather than mixing walk in and appointment. We are still waiting at 9:53am and there are still 3 more walk-in queue in front of us, with god know how many online appointment waiting to cut us. Update 10:25am, still have 1 more walk-in The appointment is also only can be done 1 day before. Seems like it’s a planned MC. Walk in patient might be more urgent. Very messy.
