Clinic preferred by appointment basis. Doctor Lum is patience and careful. My daughter is skinny and the doctor is kind enough to change to a shorter needle for her flu jab. The nurses at the counter are very friendly and detailed explanations if needed. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Accompanied my mother to do a follow up visit and to collect her results this evening. The doctor on duty who attended to her, Dr Stanley Lum (i believe) was very unprofessional and unpleasant with his comments. Kindly do contact me as I would like to escalate this issue. Such unprofessionalism should not be portrayed by any clinics/health institutions. This is definitely not the standard.
