Dr Rachael Wang was exceptionally friendly, patient, and attentive towards our 7-month-old baby who was suffering from gastroenteritis and a severe diaper rash. As first-time parents, my wife and I were understandably worried, but she took the time to address all our concerns, provided clear and practical advice, and even made the effort to comfort our baby during the visit. Her reassurance and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier for us. We would also like to commend the counter team for being friendly and helpful. To Frontier Medical Associates, I have been living in the Bukit Batok area for about seven years. In the past, I visited a nearby clinic (male doctor) who was very professional and experienced. Unfortunately, his clinic closed down after he retired. After that, I switched to another nearby clinic, and I found that the male doctor was quite experienced too. Later, when I wanted to enroll in the Healthier SG program, that clinic was already full. After doing some research towards the end of last year, I decided to register with Frontier Medical Associates in Bukit Batok. As I prefer a female doctor, I chose Dr. Amaris to be my GP and long-term healthcare consultant. However, I was a little disappointed when I was informed on last Tuesday (while giving feedback about my appointment issue) that she will be relocating to another area in Geylang. It turns out that last Tuesday was my final consultation with her. I am truly going to miss her. I have never met such a caring doctor who makes me feel safe and supported whenever I am unwell or reviewing my health reports. 医生的真诚吸引了我和感动我，使我感受到一种安全感和信任。 At the same time, I would like to share some feedback on the clinic’s customer service regarding appointment booking. I have already encountered this issue twice when I used WhatsApp to book an appointment specifically with Dr. Amaris (please refer to the attached conversation record on last Monday, December 8). The booking conversation in November has already been deleted, but on November 17, I encountered the same situation during my appointment visit. On both occasions, I was disappointed because when I arrived at the clinic, I was instead assigned to Dr. Sandra. I asked the staff, “Didn’t I book my appointment with Dr. Amaris?” but both of them remained silent and did not respond. This caused a slight delay in my waiting time. Could there have been some miscommunication or conflict in the appointment scheduling system? ⭐ Five stars to Dr. Amaris for my three visits in 2025: 1. She is attentive and takes time to listen to my concerns. 2 She is knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. 3. She is pleasant and thorough in diagnosing my condition, asking detailed questions and checking carefully. 4. She provides comprehensive consultations with clear explanations. 5. She is kind, calm, gentle, and caring, which makes me feel comfortable and builds trust. I truly appreciate having such a wonderful doctor at Frontier Medical Associates. I visited this clinic with my mum and had a great experience. Dr Sandra and staff were really attentive, patient, and made us feel comfortable. We were surprised to find they have ECG facilities, which was really convenient. The clinic is also link to the NUH system, so the doctor could access our medical records. Overall, fantastic service and highly recommended!

5 stars for Dr Sandra, my 5 months old loves her and she gives good advise. But 3 stars for the Chinese reception whose customer service skills need to improve. Take details and just say okay will call back. Waited 2 hours for her call end up she called my husband who is working when I already told her to call my number. When I arrived she did help me to expedite but still not very customer service oriented la overall.
