For a first visit, patients typically walk in or book ahead via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form. As a GP clinic, Frontier Healthcare Killiney would normally manage acute illness, chronic disease follow-up under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, and referrals to specialist outpatient clinics where needed. Singapore Citizens and PRs with an existing polyclinic or GP referral letter may access public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinics at subsidised rates; direct walk-in to a private GP is self-pay, with consultation fees typically in the S$25–60 range before any additional investigations or prescriptions. Confirm whether the clinic accepts MediSave for outpatient CDMP-eligible chronic conditions.
To take the next step, contact Frontier Healthcare Killiney directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to confirm consultation hours, waiting times, and whether your condition qualifies for MediSave or CDMP coverage before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I came in for the first time and am very thankful for the kind help I received. The staff and doctor are all competent and compassionate. Even helped me with technology matters on my phone. They served over and beyond their obligations. Thank you Ladies. May God bless you always.
Extremely unprofessional and dismissive doctor. My wife visited Killiney Medical Clinic today due to cough and fever, and the experience was frankly shocking. Dr. Yu-Ching Cheng was unprofessional, unfriendly, and dismissive throughout the consultation. My wife calmly explained her symptoms and how she might have contracted the illness. Instead of listening or showing any basic empathy, the doctor responded in a rude and abrupt manner, asking “what else do you want?” as if my wife was wasting her time. What made it worse was the doctor accusing my wife of being rude when she was clearly unwell and simply speaking in a tired, monotone voice due to her condition. Being sick does not mean a patient is being disrespectful, and a doctor should understand that better than anyone. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a medical professional treat a patient with such coldness and lack of compassion. Patients come to clinics because they are unwell, not to be judged or rushed out the door. Very disappointed. This clinic seriously needs to reflect on professionalism, bedside manner, and basic respect for patients.
I was just there at Killiney Clinic. Wonderful reception services & efficiency. Special mention for Amanda & Siti for making it a very pleasant experience. Dr Clarence was also very attentive. Thank You.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, though the exact fee depends on the presenting condition and whether investigations or prescriptions are added. Common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), rapid diagnostic tests, and prescription medications — each billed separately from the consultation. GST applies on private medical services. For planned procedures or referrals, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits any insurance payout, MediSave deductions, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Frontier Healthcare Killiney has not published specific fee data on KakiList, so contact the clinic directly for a current fee schedule. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are listed for Frontier Healthcare Killiney in the current KakiList data. Every legitimate GP clinic should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor in Singapore is registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Contact the clinic directly to confirm the named doctor's SMC registration number and the clinic's MOH licence number, and cross-check both on the respective public registers before your visit. Confirm both the clinic licence and the individual doctor's entry — neither alone is sufficient. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 per year (or S$700/year under CDMP). Confirm with the clinic whether your condition qualifies and whether they are an approved CDMP provider before attending. Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life typically cover private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider terms. For GP visits, most IP plans do not cover outpatient consultations unless a rider explicitly includes them — check your policy before assuming coverage. For any planned procedure, request a financial counselling session at the clinic so you receive an itemised pre-treatment estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket cost in writing. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
