About Full House Bridal Studio

About Full House Bridal Studio

Full House Bridal Studio is a wedding services provider based at 123 Desker Road, operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 4.5-star rating across 17 Google reviews — a small sample, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing sits in the mid-range band ($$) and is structured around packages rather than itemised à la carte.

Enquiries are best started via WhatsApp or phone, where you can share your event date, venue, and headcount. For wedding services, it is worth discussing whether you require ROM solemnisation arrangements, tea ceremony coordination, gatecrash game planning, or dialect-group customs specific to your family's tradition — Hokkien, Teochew, and Cantonese ceremonies each carry distinct ceremonial elements that should be confirmed early. Clarify what each package covers (hours of service, inclusions, deliverables timeline), the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, and the rescheduling or cancellation policy in case of unforeseen circumstances. If any portion of your event is outdoors or held at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask whether the studio carries public liability insurance, as some venues require a certificate before permitting setup.

To take the next step, contact Full House Bridal Studio directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your event date availability, request a full package breakdown in writing, and lock in the date with a signed contract and deposit before the slot is taken by another couple.

The pre-wed shoot turns out to be fun and photos were amazing! Replies were prompt and able to meet our needs to their best of their efforts. Gown/Suit selection is more than enough for my case. Overall very good experience :)

Photos turned out good for my ROM. I give props for that but Steve Ong the photographer left the shoot early at 1h10min in when we paid for a 2h photoshoot. Did not ask permission explicitly from me, just asked us if any other places we want to take at Fort Canning and when we said no he probably assumed his job was done. Our intention was for him to take more photos of our family but he seemed to be in a rush to shake our hands. Did that and after that he took off. Assistant Elaine was also very defensive and rude over the phone when I called her to state my case objectively and demand for a partial refund for the time the photographer did not do work for. Unprofessional and inexperienced in handling disputes. I am not even going to talk about their disorganisation in handling the gown and suit delivery resulting in hiccups throughout the process

Kudos to FHB Studio for the excellent services! We would like to thank Elaine for her kind and friendly services during the initial consultation, to the fitting of the dresses and finalising of the bridal gown, she did very well in explaining all the details and making sure that everything has been settled for us. The photographer was also very friendly during the photo taking session, and helping our families break the ice during the photo taking. The photos turned out great and we will def recommend FHB Studio to the couples!

Big props to Elaine and the photographer for making my ROM / wedding journey feels special. From the initial consultation of choosing wedding gown to eventual big day everything went smooth and she is very very accommodating throughout the journey. Not to mentioned the photographer did a superb job in making us feel special in our mini banquet for the families~ the whole experience with them overall I would give 5.5 out of 5 for the extra professionalism + friendliness shown esp since this is wedding peak periods :)

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Full House Bridal Studio charge?

Full House Bridal Studio uses a package-based pricing model in the mid-range ($$) band. Singapore market norms for wedding services vary considerably by scope: full-day wedding photography runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, full wedding planning (excluding venue and F&B) S$5,000–25,000+, and bridal styling and coordination packages typically start from S$800–3,000+. The specific inclusions, hours of coverage, number of deliverables, and travel charges for non-central venues will affect the final figure. Key items to confirm in writing: the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, overtime or extended-hours charges, travel surcharges for venues outside the central region, and GST. Request an itemised quote so you know exactly what is and is not covered before committing. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book Full House Bridal Studio?

For wedding services, 6–12 months ahead is strongly advisable for popular Saturdays — peak wedding season falls in March, April, October, and November, and in-demand vendors in these months book out earliest. Even outside peak season, popular dates fill quickly once couples have secured their banquet venue, so it is sensible to approach Full House Bridal Studio as soon as your wedding date is confirmed. For ROM solemnisation-only ceremonies or weekday weddings, lead times can be shorter, but 3–6 months ahead still gives you the best chance of securing your preferred slot and allows time for consultations, trials, and contract review. Confirm with Full House Bridal Studio directly what their current availability looks like and whether a deposit holds the date while you finalise other vendors.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at Full House Bridal Studio?

Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. The deposit usually covers the date hold and any pre-event consultation, styling trial, or planning hours included in the package. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm this explicitly before signing. Ask Full House Bridal Studio for their written cancellation and rescheduling policy, including what happens if an unforeseen circumstance (illness, venue closure, or public-health restriction) forces a change of date. Also confirm whether they carry public liability insurance, particularly if your event involves setup at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may require a certificate before permitting access. Put all terms — deliverables, balance schedule, rescheduling conditions, and insurance scope — in writing before paying any deposit.
