About Fullerton Health Changi City Point
Fullerton Health Changi City Point is a general practice clinic located at Changi Business Park Central 1, serving the east of Singapore. KakiList has verified the provider's operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 4.5/5 rating across 38 Google reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal. No regulatory licences have been recorded on this listing, and no ACRA registration has been confirmed; prospective patients are encouraged to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctors' SMC registration directly before attending.
For a first visit to a GP clinic, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check waiting times. At the consultation, the doctor will take a history, carry out any relevant examination, and arrange onward investigations — a blood panel, X-ray, or referral to a specialist — if needed. Prescriptions are dispensed at the clinic. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) allows MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment at participating providers. If your visit is covered under a corporate or Integrated Shield Plan, confirm panel-clinic status in advance so claims are processed correctly. Being located within Changi Business Park, the clinic is convenient for working adults in the business district.
To book an appointment or check queue times, contact Fullerton Health Changi City Point directly by phone or via the enquiry form, and bring your NRIC, corporate insurance card if applicable, and any referral letter.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Operating hours states 1230 - 530 pm consultation however when I arrived nurse said that the doctor will only be here at 1. Nurse was not friendly at all and gave me a rude comment stating I have to wear mask when visiting a clinic which I further explained that I came from the office straight thus I do not have a mask with me. She unwillingly gave me a mask which was leftover from a patient previously. The clinics that I’ve visited previously all had mask provided in their clinic. I don’t think anybody will want to be faced with rude service staff when they’re sick. Anyway just bring your own mask when you’re visiting this clinic.
Sue was very helpful as the counter staff in assisting me during my appointments. Dr Sim, Dr Aliyah and Dr Leong was very responsive and helpful regarding my migraine problems. They were very patient in identifying the issues and recommended me the appropriate course of action to address the issues. Im grateful for their assistance.
Me and my husband are very very thankful with a good service in this clinic. Went here after being missed diagnose with other GP Clinic and we are glad that they help my husband with his dengue fever. Ms Yati is very friendly and always willing to help. On the other hand, Dr. Leong is really a good doctor, he just don’t say your diagnosis but also explain why and how it may happened. He give us a very clear instruction what to do if my husband’s dengue symptoms got severe. He also make sure that everything is clear to us before we leave. We are thankful to found this clinic. You won’t take so much time of your day because 10min wait is already enough until your turn.
I can keep rambling, or you can simply visit and experience the high level of professionalism for yourself. There was an angsty patient before my turn, and she was throwing a fit at the poor lady behind the counter because she was unable to see the doctor but the staff remained so composed and never made an expression of unhappiness I was astonished by the staff's level of patience. There are many organisations out there who should learn from this staff. When it was my turn she never show any form of unhappiness and attended to me so friendly and patiently without rushing through. Having said that do look into the doctor's availability too.
I visited the clinic after lunch around 2pm on 10 May 2023, but have not got a mask with me and requested for one. But was told I have to pay $1.00 or buy from Watsons. Doctor is ok. I was informed by Doctor it is company's policy upon queried with this requirement.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with additional charges for investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), an X-ray (S$80–150), or a urine test, plus the cost of any prescribed medication. GST applies on private medical services. If you have a corporate insurance plan or Medisave-linked benefits, confirm whether Fullerton Health Changi City Point is on your insurer's panel before visiting — this determines whether you pay upfront and claim later, or enjoy direct billing. For patients managing chronic conditions under CDMP, MediSave can offset part of the outpatient cost. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate GP clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. No licence details are recorded on this listing, so patients should confirm the clinic's licence and the name of the consulting doctor directly before attending. Every practising doctor in Singapore is listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic licence and the individual doctor's SMC entry; neither alone is sufficient. The absence of licence data on this listing does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed, but the verification step is important.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, up to S$700 per year. Standard GP consultations for acute illness are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis. If you hold a corporate group insurance plan or an Integrated Shield Plan, confirm whether this clinic is a panel provider — direct billing avoids paying out of pocket and claiming later. For any planned procedure or specialist referral arising from the consultation, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
