As a workplace-adjacent GP clinic serving the Marina Bay financial district, Fullerton Health MBFC is well-positioned for corporate panels, walk-in consultations, and routine primary care needs. Patients can expect the standard GP visit workflow: presenting complaint, clinical assessment, prescription where indicated, and referral to a specialist or emergency department if the condition warrants. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, ask whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal for eligible diagnoses. Corporate employees should check whether the clinic is on their company's panel before visiting to avoid paying out of pocket.
To book an appointment or confirm panel coverage, contact the clinic directly via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I am quite baffled and taken aback with the lack of tact and understanding upon teleconsult with Dr Dorji Damdul dated on 27/01/26. I presented with acute myalgia and was given prescribed pain relief & analgesic gel to recover by a previous physician and was on medical leave to recover for 2 days and requested to extend my leave just for one more day as I was doing well on medications and slowly recovering well. However, after informing him of my presenting complaints. I was truly appalled by Dr Dorji Damdul’s bedside manner as I was told to “use my head and think clearly” and head to another GP clinic physically so a physician could do proper checks because it “didn’t make sense why I could not go to work or see a physical doctor”. I reiterated to him that I clearly understood what he was saying but it was just not possible to do so as at the time I was in consultation with him S most GPs have already closed and there was nowhere else I could see a GP except your 24 hours A&E and he had my prior clinical records given through the tele consultation and all I needed was just another day to rest so It doesn’t reoccur . I work in the healthcare industry that requires heavy lifting and moving around frequently on daily basis so you get the picture. This was not my first time that I have seen him in consultation and this has happened before and my previous experience with this physician was the same exact situation with the same exact bedside manner.
Update: Service has declined from 5 stars to 1 star. I am truly disappointed to be writing this. My previous experiences were excellent, but unfortunately the service has significantly deteriorated. Empathy and professionalism, which once stood out, now seem to be lacking. This is the second time I have encountered a similar issue with this clinic. During my recent visit, the receptionist appeared to be in a rush to leave around 3 pm and was noticeably abrupt in her manner. Her initial response was to turn patients away without first confirming whether we had already registered online. She spoke loudly when asking for personal details, which made me uncomfortable as I prefer not to have my medical information discussed within earshot of the entire clinic. I provided only general information for privacy reasons, but the situation could have been handled with far more discretion and sensitivity. Reading the reviews online, it seems this staffing issue is ongoing for quite sometime - spoken with my colleagues working in MBFC and seems most of them have opted to the second nearest clinic rather than being disrespected at Fullerton Clinic at MBFC. I hope management will address these concerns, as the decline in front-desk service has been very disappointing compared to the high standard previously experienced.
I was attended to by Nurse Annie for the dressing of my wounds and blisters who was very thorough and professional. She was very reassuring and patient and checked in on my pain and comfort level throughout the process and ensured that I experienced minimal discomfort. Nurse Annie also gave very detailed advice on how to care for the wound and how to prevent them from worsening in the future. Appreciate her great service.
They were wonderful. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. Got off a cruise ship needing hwlp with a health issue. I would definitely come here again if I needed.
There should be a better system for vaccine appointments. It is very hard to get an appointment and then even when you come 10 mins early, the wait for the vaccine is more than 20 mins past the appointment time. Makes it a little pointless to have the appointment system. But the staff and doctor are very nice and professional.

A standard GP consultation at a private clinic in Singapore typically runs S$25–60, though corporate-panel patients may pay a co-payment or nothing at the point of service depending on their employer's arrangement. Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests (S$20–60), and X-rays (S$80–150). Prescriptions are billed separately. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or specialist referral originating from this clinic, request a written financial counselling estimate that separates insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before committing. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the CDMP (S$500–700/year limit) for chronic conditions. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are currently listed for this provider in the KakiList directory. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Patients are strongly encouraged to verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry directly before booking. Neither alone is sufficient — a licensed clinic with an unregistered locum, or a registered doctor practising from an unlicensed premises, both represent compliance gaps.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient admissions and day surgery, but outpatient GP visits at private clinics are typically not claimable under standard IP policies unless a rider specifically covers outpatient care — confirm your policy terms with your insurer. Corporate employees on a company medical panel usually have direct billing arranged; check with your HR department. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), with a withdrawal limit of S$500/year (or S$700/year for eligible conditions). Conditions covered include hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. For any planned procedure, request a financial counselling session and a written itemised estimate before treatment to avoid bill surprises.
