Families arranging transport for elderly relatives will typically want to confirm the scope of service before booking: whether the service covers one-way or return journeys, medical appointment runs versus social or day-centre transfers, wheelchair-accessible vehicle availability, and the level of assistance provided during boarding and alighting. It is also worth clarifying whether the service operates on a scheduled or on-demand basis, what notice is required for bookings, and whether a regular driver can be assigned for continuity. Those coordinating care alongside home nursing or day rehabilitation should confirm whether the transport schedule can align with clinic and therapy appointment windows.
To arrange a booking or request a quote, contact Fullerton Health MET directly by phone or via the enquiry form, and confirm the journey scope, accessibility requirements, and any medical or mobility considerations in writing before the first trip.

I choose Fullerton for my annual health screening this year (under company package). New experience when I have a small waiting room . The process was quick . Nurses & doctor was polite . Provided the simple breakfast .
Did our health check here and it was the most pleasant experience ever. You have your own pod where you wait in privacy for all your checks. Blood test done in the pod. All of the staff are so patient, kind and pleasant like Molly. I wouldnt mind going for medical checks every year in such a lovely environment!
I’ve been doing my annual health screening at Fullerton Health (Ocean Financial Centre) for the past two years. The screening itself is generally smooth and the doctors are professional. However, the aftercare and follow-up are lacking — which is disappointing given the price of the packages. In both 2024 and 2025, I had a Pap smear done after my main screening. During the doctor’s review, I was told the results were fine. Later, when I needed documents for an insurance application, I realised the actual Pap smear reports were never sent to me. After checking my 2024 records, I found the same issue — those results were also never provided. When I contacted customer service, they said they would “escalate to the clinic,” but there was little ownership or clarity on timelines. The response also felt dismissive when I raised concerns, with a curt “this will take time” and no clear follow-up. I also had to call multiple times just to get the digital brain function test link re-triggered. Nothing happened until I went down to the clinic in person to request it, and only then was it sent. For a provider at this price point, I would expect more reliable post-screening follow-up, proper documentation, and better customer service.
had a fantastic experience at Fullerton Health Check-up Centre. The whole process was incredibly efficient and well-organized — I was in and out much faster than expected. The staff were professional, attentive, and made the entire check-up smooth and stress-free. A special thanks to Molly, whose kindness and warm smile truly stood out. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her friendly attitude added a personal touch that made a big difference. Highly recommended!
I had a vaccination appointment at 3pm. After taking queue no, my number was not even called till 1/2 hour later when i approached the counter. There were less than 5 patients in clinic and not even crowded. Two reception counter staff on duty but only 1 busy attending to patients and registration. If I had not approached the counter after waiting for 1/2 hour, I do not know how long I will hv to wait. I do not think I am born transparent. This is not th first time I experienced such service from this branch. There need to be some service improvements at the reception. Being an experienced service staff does not mean service given has been good for those years. Being polite and attentive also plays a part. After registration, it took less than 10 mins for me to be attended to, got jab done and left. There was no one else doing their vaccination whilst I was there. If only i was not treated as invisible , I would have left within 10 mins if I had been served much earlier. So ridiculous..

Fullerton Health MET is indicated at a moderate pricing tier ($$), but specific per-trip or package rates were not available at the time of listing. Costs for medical transport services in Singapore typically vary by journey distance, vehicle type (standard versus wheelchair-accessible), and the level of assistance required during boarding and alighting. When requesting a quote, confirm whether return journeys are priced separately, whether a public holiday surcharge applies, and whether waiting time at clinics or hospitals attracts an additional charge. Ask also whether a regular booking package is available for recurring medical appointments, as this can reduce per-trip cost. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Fullerton Health MET focuses on senior transport rather than in-home caregiving, so the live-in versus visit-based distinction does not apply here. The relevant question for families is whether the service operates on a scheduled or on-demand model — some providers require advance notice of 24–48 hours, while others can accommodate same-day requests for urgent appointments. For families coordinating broader elder care — including home nursing, personal care, or companionship — a separate home care or day rehabilitation provider would need to be engaged alongside the transport service. Fullerton Health MET can be contacted by phone or enquiry form to clarify booking lead times, cancellation terms, and whether regular drivers can be assigned for familiarity and consistency.
Fullerton Health MET operates under the Fullerton Health group, which has a background in corporate and medical services. Families should confirm directly whether drivers hold any medical transport or first-aid certification, and whether vehicles are equipped with basic medical or mobility aids. For wheelchair users or those with complex mobility needs, ask specifically about the type of accessible vehicles available and whether a trained attendant accompanies the driver. On insurance, confirm that the service carries passenger liability coverage for the duration of the journey. No regulatory licences were listed at the time of the KakiList submission — contact Fullerton Health MET directly to verify current credentials and coverage before the first booking.
If Fullerton Health MET isn't the right fit, these are other senior transport providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
