I had a very positive experience at the clinic in Ngee Ann Tower B. The receptionists were warm, welcoming, and handled everything efficiently, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I reached there at 9am and the doctor in Room 2 was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. The nurses were equally wonderful, very patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. They made sure I was comfortable at every step and were always ready to help with a kind attitude. Overall, the entire team provided excellent service. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.
Had a comprehensive health check here because my employer partners with Fullerton Health. The check was painless and stress-free, although it somehow took longer than what I thought it should. A light meal was provided after the blood test, and lots of samples were taken given the number of the test, which requires a fasting the day before the test. The test result was out by the time it was promised (I think it was 10 working days) with intuitive summary to layman like me. The space could have been better ventilated, especially given this is a health facility. The CO2 reading (as indoor air quality proxy) teetered around 900-1000 ppm in spite of the rather small number of staffs and patients.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a very smooth and efficient experience at Fullerton Health. The front desk service was excellent, especially Melber, who was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The doctors were professional and efficient, and the staff who assisted with the blood taking were fast, reassuring, and very kind. Overall, the process was well-organized and pleasant. Highly recommended!
Doctors are good but the counter staff attitude is like you owe them a million dollars. Whatever you ask them, all got is to wait. Finished all my screening tests in 1.5hours (very efficient) but then waited at counter for 20mins just for the nurse to get my files!
Worse system ever. The counter staff asked me to take a queue number and didn’t bother to ask me to register online. Waited for close to 1 hour then realised that I had not registered to see the doctor. Very messy and the counter staffs seriously need to be more proactive in their work. The couldn’t care less attitude is really unacceptable. Had never come across such attitude the longest time in Singapore.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with health screening packages starting around S$150 and rising to S$2,500 or more depending on the scope of investigations included. On top of the consultation fee, expect to be billed separately for investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and any prescribed medications. GST applies on private medical services. For planned procedures or structured health screening packages, ask for a written breakdown that separates the consultation, investigation, and treatment costs, and clarifies what portion, if any, is claimable under MediSave or your Integrated Shield Plan. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. No licence details were recorded in this listing at the time of publication. Before booking, search the MOH licensee directory for the clinic premises and cross-check the consulting doctor's name on the SMC register. Both checks take under two minutes and are the most reliable way to confirm a clinic's legitimacy. Confirm the doctor's SMC registration and the clinic's MOH licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life typically cover inpatient stays and day surgery at private facilities, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For outpatient GP visits, IP coverage depends on whether the clinic is on your insurer's panel — check this with your insurer before the visit to avoid paying fully out of pocket. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment at GP clinics enrolled in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), covering conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 per year for general outpatient use and S$700 per year under CDMP. Confirm with the clinic whether it participates in CDMP and whether your condition qualifies before assuming MediSave can be applied. For health screening, most packages are self-pay; Screen for Life subsidies apply at polyclinics and selected CHAS GP clinics for eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs.
