We are deeply grateful to Dr Chong and the team at Fullerton Health Hub Pasir Ris. We rushed in with our 9-month-old daughter who had a sudden allergic reaction. The clinic staff were already preparing to close, but upon seeing her condition, they immediately brought us in without hesitation. Dr Chong was incredibly calm and reassuring at a moment when we were panicking. He checked her lungs thoroughly to ensure her airways were not affected, which was our biggest fear. Special thanks to Nurse Yoga, who quickly came in with the necessary equipment in case our baby’s condition worsened. We truly felt cared for. I appreciate Dr Chong’s prudence in not administering any medication since the clinic only carried adult doses. His advice to head straight to KKH was sound and responsible. The consultation cost us $32 — it may have been a short assessment, but it gave us the clarity we needed to decide whether to call an ambulance. We proceeded to KKH afterwards, and our baby is safe now. Thank you, Dr Chong and team, for your professionalism, compassion, and swift action. You made a very frightening moment much more manageable for us. 🙏🏼💛

Doctors are good the people sitting infront not approachable they rather interested on their handphone … I have noticed same thing during my visits this time I am abit pissed the lady I asked her how to do with my singpass not helping she continue typing on her phone watsap ..
