When enquiring about boarding, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament to hand, as these details typically affect placement and care arrangements. Vaccination records — covering DHPP and rabies for dogs, or FVRCP for cats — are standard requirements for boarding and should be prepared before drop-off. If your pet has not previously stayed away from home, ask about a trial visit to help them acclimatise and to assess how they settle in a new environment. You can reach Furmummy via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss your pet's specific needs and confirm availability for your preferred dates.
To take the next step, send a WhatsApp message or submit the enquiry form with your pet's breed, weight, vaccination status, and intended boarding dates so Furmummy can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
This is my first time engaging with Furmummy as my usual boarding place is under renovation. My dog is a senior blind dog and they took care of him very well. They made sure that his environment was comfortable and gave him his eye drops on time. They even had play time for him which is great! I really appreciate the Furmummy team for taking such good care of my baby. Definitely will recommend.
Furmummies did a great job in taking care of my Maltese, Waiwai. I was impressed from first trial with them in 2020 and have been sticking to them since then. Furmummy is really kind and loving to my baby. We are a regular and they have never disappoint us during these years. They are extremely professional and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!! Highly recommend Furmummy for all furparents🤭
They take care of my senior baby very well. It was a long holiday for us, for 16 nights. My boy is blind and old, but they are on top of his medication schedule, changing diaper and attending to my questions. I really appreciate their gentle care. I trust Furmummy fully and I believe other parents would too.
Furmummy is amazing! They took such great care of my dog during my holiday and sent me daily photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could truly enjoy my trip without worrying about my baby. When I picked her up, she smelled fresh and clean — no unpleasant odour at all — which shows how hygienic and well-maintained the place is. Highly recommended!
We are so blessed to chanced upon Furmummy while looking for boarding places for our senior and young pup. Everything turns out so well, boarding our beloved doggies, Praises and Lion with Furmummy for almost 2 weeks long! All the furmummies at Furmummy were so attentive and caring towards them. We received constant updates about them all day long and we can tell that Praises and Lion are happy and enjoying their staycation at Furmummy! We are super grateful for their special attention given to our senior dog, Praises as he requires frequent and multiple eyedrops throughout the day. Furmummy is one of the best boarding places in Singapore, and I will board my doggies again with Furmummy whenever we travel in the future. Thank you so much Furmummy for being their second home 🥰🥰🥰

Furmummy is priced at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific nightly or daily rates are not published on this listing — contact the provider directly for a quote. Boarding fees in Singapore typically vary by pet size and breed, with larger or more demanding dogs attracting a higher rate. Ask whether any add-ons such as extra walks, feeding schedules, or medication administration carry additional charges. Transport for drop-off or collection, if offered, may also be priced separately. Confirm all costs in writing before the booking is finalised. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, boarding facilities in Singapore typically require proof of DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with records dated within the past 12 months. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required or strongly recommended for boarding and group settings. Bring a copy of your pet's vaccination certificate from your vet at the time of drop-off. If your pet's jabs are overdue, book a vet appointment well in advance of the boarding dates so the vaccines have time to take effect. Contact Furmummy directly to confirm their exact vaccination policy before your pet's stay.
Pet boarding operators in Singapore are required to hold a licence from the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This listing does not currently reflect an AVS licence for Furmummy, so it is advisable to ask the provider directly to produce their licence details before confirming a booking. On the question of insurance, ask whether the facility carries coverage for incidents such as pet injury, illness, or escape during a stay, and clarify the protocol if your pet requires veterinary attention while boarded. Visit the facility in person if possible, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
