Had a bad experience with the furniture company. Bought both sofa and bench, agreed to sent in a month, the furniture came in time but wrong colour so I don't accept and return it. The seller said they will change the colour but have to wait for a month and I agreed but in the end have to wait for 1.5 months to receive the product. The seller reply is very slow and need to keep reminding them and when they said to get back, they never get back. After long wait, the product come in the correct colour but the sofa legs are wobbly. If I were to ask to change maybe will have to wait for a few months again cause their factory is in overseas. I have lost my faith in this company.

Bad experience, arrange for delivery and carpentry over only to notify one day before the delivery date. Super last minute, affects people's planned scehdules. They should arranged a date, day and time when placing order.

got a bedframe and mattress from them and I'm really disappointed. saw their negative reviews on facebook and yet I decided to give it a try. the negative reviews are true. their bedframe and mattress are of lousy quality. their mattress sink in even I bought the mattress less than a year. Contacted them via whatsapp, initially their replies were prompt, however when I mentioned to them about warranty of the mattress, they said they will check and get back to me. However until now, I have not receive any replies from them and I have decided to get a new mattress of other brand instead. Do your due diligence if you want to purchase from them.
