About G and H Medical Clinic Yishun Ring

About G and H Medical Clinic Yishun Ring

G and H Medical Clinic Yishun Ring is a general practice clinic located at 106 Yishun Ring Road, Singapore 760106, serving patients in the Yishun area and accepting walk-in visits. The clinic has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact information. It holds a 3.3 out of 5 rating across 27 Google reviews — a modest sample that should be treated as directional rather than definitive. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level on a per-visit basis, consistent with GP consultation norms in Singapore.

Patients typically walk in or call ahead to book a consultation. A GP visit at a private clinic in Singapore generally runs S$25–60 for the consultation, with investigations such as blood panels, swabs, or X-rays billed separately. Singapore Citizens and PRs may access subsidised rates at polyclinics for non-urgent conditions, or use a polyclinic or GP referral letter to access public hospital specialist outpatient clinics at lower subsidised rates. For ongoing chronic conditions — such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders — the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) allows MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment at participating CDMP clinics; it is worth confirming whether this clinic participates. Integrated Shield Plan holders should check whether a GP letter is required before seeking specialist care to preserve claim eligibility.

Dr. Goh was attentive and kind. I’ve been going to this clinic for years now and even though their appointment system might not be advanced, because the receptionist there are all aunties maybe in their 50s-60s, so everything is on paper, even the queue system, they will just write that down on a piece of paper which I find cute. Despite their old fashioned technique, it still gets the job done and I still get to see the doctor so there’s nothing to complain about. Most people who visit this clinic are elderlies living nearby and they mostly just queue up and wait for their turn anyway. My overall experience coming here has been relatively pleasant so far, despite all the negative reviews.

Dr. Goh was very attentive and kind. He also spent a lot of time with each patient, not like other doctors who just want to see as many patients as quickly as possible. He is very knowledgeable and try to explain as clearly as possible the problems and the solutions/medicines he was providing. Maybe the negative reviews are not about Dr. Goh but his locom doctor when he was away on holiday.

If can, I'll give 0 star instead. Explained to doctor that my 6yo son is having high fever despite having medicine. With this, the doctor showed a very sarcastic attitude where he kept saying "your son so special ah" and asked if we even know how to feed my son medication. This is the worst doctor I've met who has no empathy and does not listen to patient's concerns. Definitely there are better doctors in the nearby clinics. Do not recommend at all.

Came here a few times as i was convenient nearby for me. Experience got bad to worse. This time round had to wait tho clinic mentions opens at 630 but old chinese doctor casually walked in at 7 and served two that just walked in. I waited patiently. He didnt even look at my past records and allergies, didnt listen to my explanation, assume things and were scoffing when i went silent. Told him i do not need eyedrops as im allergic to most kinds and i have the one i need at home. He was being sarcastic and forced me to get his eyedrops. The real serious allergies and symptoms wasnt treated w good advice. Mind you i have severe athsma and it was not even brought up by him tho its in the records. We shouldnt have this kind of doctors even. Oh btw it says on the door maximum 5 patients are allowed in the clinic but they casually allow more to linger in without 1 metre distance even in the small clinic. Government should be doing sth to this clinic and this kind of doctor during this period. Dont make things worse for others.

Came in with a terrible headache that had me losing sleep for the past 3 days, and chronic neck and shoulder pains. Doctor dismissed my complain without further questions. Had to listen to him nag at how I shouldn't put myself first by taking strong painkillers when im breastfeeding. (i told him my daughter is 16 months and i can pause nursing her for 1-2days). He said "nevermind you are not functional for a few days, your baby more important". Totally not a professional and helpful advice. He didn't even ask whats my occupation. This is not my first time being disappointed with his unprofessional consult.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with follow-up visits sometimes slightly lower. On top of the consultation fee, investigations are billed separately — a blood panel typically S$60–200, a urine dipstick or swab S$20–60, and an X-ray S$80–150 where indicated. Is G and H Medical Clinic Yishun Ring MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Regulatory licence information for G and H Medical Clinic Yishun Ring is not currently listed on KakiList. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — this is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); you can search the public register at smc.gov.sg by the doctor's name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. We recommend confirming both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly with the clinic before booking, particularly if you are seeking treatment for an ongoing condition or planning any procedure. Listing data is incomplete — contact G and H Medical Clinic Yishun Ring directly to confirm details.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at G and H Medical Clinic Yishun Ring?

MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment at approved GP clinics under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), covering listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions, up to S$500 or S$700 per year depending on the number of conditions managed. Confirm with the clinic whether it is a CDMP-approved practice before assuming MediSave is applicable to your visit. Integrated Shield Plan (IP) holders should note that most IP policies cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP consultations. If your visit may lead to a specialist referral or planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate from the receiving facility that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
