Our daughter attends gym classes here and we love the coaches and their enthusiasm in teaching. We went for a trial class and she already picked up a number of things, such as tumbling, hanging on the bar and balancing on the beam. Thus we signed up for classes straightaway. The place is spacious and safe, with mats all around. There’s a foam pit that the kids love too. The space is very clean as well. The service that the gym offer is prompt and great. They responded well to our queries and we are very satisfied. We will definitely recommend the gym!

Our daughter’s journey with Galaxy Gymnastics began in 2023, has truly been nothing short of extraordinary. From the seamless administrative support to the exceptional coaching staff, every aspect of our experience has exceeded our expectations. As parents, it’s never easy when a child needs time to warm up to new environments and people. At the start, our daughter had some difficulty engaging in class and struggled with the change of coaches when her main coach was on leave or when she progressed to the next level under a different coach. What truly stood out to us was the proactive approach taken by the Galaxy Gym team. Witnessing all that our daughter was going through, the administrative team took the initiative to notify us in advance on several occasions where there was a change of coach (without us even requesting it). This thoughtful gesture allowed us to better prepare our daughter by letting her know prior to class, which significantly eased her transition and made her feel more at ease in class. These small yet incredibly meaningful actions, combined with the care and professionalism of both the admin and coaching staff, have made this experience a positive one for our family. We are beyond grateful to the entire Galaxy Gym team for their dedication, patience and support. We highly recommend Galaxy Gymnastics and have recommended our friends to sign their kids up as well, hoping that more kids can benefit from the outstanding classes and positive environment that Galaxy Gym offers ❤️

This has to be the gym with the most ridiculous and inflexible policies ever. First, if your child is sick on the last day of their 'term', they will force you to make up the class within the next few days. Who cares if your child has a contagious illness! Or if she is hospitalised! You HAVE to come for the class within the next few days or you forfeit the fees for that lesson. Next, if you have a package and paid for several packages for several terms, but decide that you would come in on a fairly empty gym day for your child's usual class, you will be made to pay adhoc fees. Why? Because you told them in advance and they marked your child as absent for that day. So to make space for other potentially new children (who dont exist, and didn't show up) you have to pay a surcharge. What's the logic in the above? None. Their coaches are fine but the admin staff and their policies are some of the WORST i have ever seen in Singapore. Should have taken the other reviews more seriously instead of believing their rubbish 'flexibility' pitch at sign up. Congrats! To make an additional $10, you've lost a student! We will take our business elsewhere. Edited to add post their response: the fact that this gym takes everything so sarcastically and personally further displays how pathetic the management is. Every single response to a bad review has been childish. Good luck to anyone who continues with this hopeless place.

We enrolled our daughter after her first trial class last year. We were looking for a complementary gym class to strengthen her dance postures so we chanced upon this. My girl was hooked and looked forward to class every week. We have observed that she is growing stronger after attending classes, and able to do more stunts to complement her dance routine. We are thankful for the friendly coaches who always chime in to challenge her progress and motivate her further. We really appreciate that they are very accommodating towards our schedule, and also our active daughter who always seize the chance to do that one last stunt before and after class. Overall, we really enjoy our time at Galaxy.
