Meeting the horses were so cool !!! I got to feed and pet them, as well as ride them I met three horses, Bridgette the chestnut horse, Kimmy the fair horse and Ruby the one that lets you ride them. It's so worth it to try it out, feeding was 2 sgd per bucket while riding was 15 sgd. Edit because I forgot to mention, the staff were super friendly and helpful !!!

Had a lovely time at Gallop Stable Pasir Ris. The staff were accommodating, and I especially enjoyed meeting Kimmy, who was gentle and very charming. It happened to rain during our visit, but after a short wait the horse ride continued smoothly. The horses are adorable, they knew exactly when there were no more carrots left, which was so cute. A simple, relaxing experience and worth a visit.

I read the nasty comments on google and thought that people are bring too critical about the staff working there.. but not at all, after visiting them today.. I can attest that the comments are all 100% truthful! The 2 staff working at the kids pony ride have really awful attitude! Zero smile never mind, but their attitude is so bad.. I mean the kids are so excited about the pony rides and 2 of them just look like we owe them a living. They look so impatient while waiting for my child to wear the helmet and get on the horse.. the ride around the park took at most 3mins.. then when I was trying to snap a picture of my child on the horse at the end of the ride, the girl with the long hair just hurry my child to get off and just pull the pony away without any saying anything. Basic courtesy goes a long way guys.. If you are not happy with your job, please leave it.. can’t believe such people are working with animals.

For families with young children, I strongly recommend to bring young kids here instead of our usual shopping malls. Here, young children can feed/ touch ponies/ horses… and even ride on them. Teach them the care of gentle animals… And for a small fee, u don’t have to travel overseas/ JB for such activities. Kindly pls spare a tot…their staff are working under the scotching sun, day in, day out. And especially so for those that accompany the pony / customer rider and walk round and round the field. So sometimes it’s understandable they may not have the widest smile or friendliest attitude all day long. Also.. Pls check if they are open before going. Becos it’s a long way to Pasir Ris Park!

Nasty staff. They talk to children and parents so rudely. To many of us who were there it was our first time with our children. The staff were unkind and unpleasant with the instructions on what to do. Instead of guiding the children on how to wear the helmets and check for safety, they just asked sarcastically to the kids in the riding queue, "Are you ready? Are you ready?" And roll their eyes. If they think that the child is not ready the ride, the correct way to handle is to say, "Please put on the helmet, choose the right size, and check that it is well fitted." Instead if just staring at the children and asking "so are you ready?" Horrible attitudes and behaviour that spoilt what would have been a nice family outing. Other than horrible staff attitude, the place is beautiful, under the canopy of trees, horses seem well-groomed, there is a small shop selling canned drinks and some sticker type of art and craft. I would go back again but hopefully the staff are better trained and not so rude and unfriendly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Gallop Stable charge per session?

Gallop Stable's pricing is indicated as mid-range ($$), but specific per-session or per-camp fees were not publicly listed at the time of this entry. Holiday camp fees in Singapore typically vary depending on the duration (half-day vs full-day), the number of days in the camp block, and any specialist equipment or materials required. When enquiring, ask whether the fee covers all materials and activities, whether there are sibling discounts or early-bird rates, and how payment and cancellation work if your child is unable to attend. See the full Holiday Camps cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

Holiday camps are typically sold as block programmes rather than individual drop-in sessions, so a standalone trial class may not always be available. However, it is worth asking Gallop Stable directly whether they offer a taster day or a partial enrolment option for first-time participants. When assessing fit, consider whether the camp's activity level, group size, and pace are appropriate for your child's age and confidence. If possible, speak with the instructor beforehand to get a sense of the teaching approach and the typical child-to-instructor ratio during sessions.

What are the instructors' credentials at Gallop Stable?

Specific instructor credentials were not listed in the available provider data. For activity-based holiday camps — particularly those involving animals or outdoor pursuits — it is important to ask about the qualifications and relevant experience of the adults supervising and leading sessions. When contacting Gallop Stable, ask about the background of the instructors, any relevant safety certifications, first-aid training, and staff-to-child ratios during camp activities. If the programme involves equestrian activities, ask whether instructors hold any recognised riding or coaching accreditation.
