About Gallop Stable
Gallop Stable is a Singapore-based pet training provider operating across two locations — Horsecity at Bukit Timah and Pasir Ris Park — with islandwide coverage. The listing is KakiList verified and ACRA registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.1 out of 5 across 326 reviews, a robust sample that lends reasonable weight to the score.
When engaging Gallop Stable, start by sharing your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors influence the training approach and group suitability. Bring along vaccination records at enquiry stage, since most reputable training providers require proof of current vaccinations before sessions begin. It is worth asking whether a trial visit or introductory session is available so you can observe how the trainer interacts with your pet before committing to a programme. Clarify whether sessions are conducted as group classes or one-to-one, and confirm the drop-off arrangements at each location, as Horsecity and Pasir Ris Park may have different logistics. Discussing a recurring schedule early helps secure preferred time slots.
To take the next step, contact Gallop Stable directly via phone or the enquiry form on their listing to share your pet's details and ask about current programme availability at your preferred location.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Meeting the horses were so cool !!! I got to feed and pet them, as well as ride them I met three horses, Bridgette the chestnut horse, Kimmy the fair horse and Ruby the one that lets you ride them. It's so worth it to try it out, feeding was 2 sgd per bucket while riding was 15 sgd. Edit because I forgot to mention, the staff were super friendly and helpful !!!
Had a lovely time at Gallop Stable Pasir Ris. The staff were accommodating, and I especially enjoyed meeting Kimmy, who was gentle and very charming. It happened to rain during our visit, but after a short wait the horse ride continued smoothly. The horses are adorable, they knew exactly when there were no more carrots left, which was so cute. A simple, relaxing experience and worth a visit.
I read the nasty comments on google and thought that people are bring too critical about the staff working there.. but not at all, after visiting them today.. I can attest that the comments are all 100% truthful! The 2 staff working at the kids pony ride have really awful attitude! Zero smile never mind, but their attitude is so bad.. I mean the kids are so excited about the pony rides and 2 of them just look like we owe them a living. They look so impatient while waiting for my child to wear the helmet and get on the horse.. the ride around the park took at most 3mins.. then when I was trying to snap a picture of my child on the horse at the end of the ride, the girl with the long hair just hurry my child to get off and just pull the pony away without any saying anything. Basic courtesy goes a long way guys.. If you are not happy with your job, please leave it.. can’t believe such people are working with animals.
For families with young children, I strongly recommend to bring young kids here instead of our usual shopping malls. Here, young children can feed/ touch ponies/ horses… and even ride on them. Teach them the care of gentle animals… And for a small fee, u don’t have to travel overseas/ JB for such activities. Kindly pls spare a tot…their staff are working under the scotching sun, day in, day out. And especially so for those that accompany the pony / customer rider and walk round and round the field. So sometimes it’s understandable they may not have the widest smile or friendliest attitude all day long. Also.. Pls check if they are open before going. Becos it’s a long way to Pasir Ris Park!
Nasty staff. They talk to children and parents so rudely. To many of us who were there it was our first time with our children. The staff were unkind and unpleasant with the instructions on what to do. Instead of guiding the children on how to wear the helmets and check for safety, they just asked sarcastically to the kids in the riding queue, "Are you ready? Are you ready?" And roll their eyes. If they think that the child is not ready the ride, the correct way to handle is to say, "Please put on the helmet, choose the right size, and check that it is well fitted." Instead if just staring at the children and asking "so are you ready?" Horrible attitudes and behaviour that spoilt what would have been a nice family outing. Other than horrible staff attitude, the place is beautiful, under the canopy of trees, horses seem well-groomed, there is a small shop selling canned drinks and some sticker type of art and craft. I would go back again but hopefully the staff are better trained and not so rude and unfriendly.

Gallop Stable's pricing is listed at the S$$ tier, which typically indicates mid-range rates for pet training in Singapore. For dog obedience or behavioural training, group class packages in the Singapore market generally range from S$250 to S$600 for a multi-session course, while one-to-one sessions can run higher depending on the trainer and programme length. Breed complexity, dog size, and specific behavioural goals may affect the final fee. Confirm whether the quoted price covers all sessions in the programme or is charged per visit. Ask about any add-on costs such as training materials or equipment. See the full Pet Training cost guide for Singapore →
Most pet training providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations before joining group or facility-based sessions. The standard expectation is DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccination, typically valid within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required where dogs interact closely with others in group settings. Bring your pet's vaccination certificate or veterinary record to your first session or drop-off. If your pet's jabs are due for renewal, schedule a vet visit beforehand to avoid being turned away. Contact Gallop Stable directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy, as requirements can vary by programme format.
Gallop Stable is ACRA registered, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity in Singapore. The listing is also KakiList verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. No specific Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) boarding licence is listed, though this is most directly relevant to boarding and grooming facilities rather than training services. Before your first session, it is sensible to ask Gallop Stable directly about their insurance arrangements — specifically whether there is coverage in place if a pet is injured or becomes unwell during training. Visit the facility at your preferred location, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Gallop Stable isn't the right fit, these are other pet training providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
