About Gem Flora Wedding
Gem Flora Wedding is a wedding services provider operating islandwide from its base at Ark @ Gambas, Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming that operating details and contact channels have been checked by a real person. It carries a 3.9/5 rating across 44 Google reviews — a moderate sample that gives a reasonable directional signal, though individual experiences vary. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range ($$) on a package basis, though specific package costs are not publicly disclosed and should be confirmed directly.
Enquiries typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp or phone with your event date, venue, and scope. For wedding services, the key conversations cover ROM solemnisation versus full-day coverage, tea ceremony and gatecrash support, and whether dialect-group customs (Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese traditions) require specific arrangements. Confirm what the package includes — hours of coverage, number of deliverables, setup and teardown windows — and what is billed separately. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard in Singapore to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out months in advance, so early enquiry is advisable. Ask about wet-weather contingency if any portion of the event is outdoors, and whether public liability insurance is held for venue setups.
To take the next step, contact Gem Flora Wedding directly via WhatsApp or phone with your wedding date and a brief outline of what you need — this allows them to confirm availability and send a package proposal for your review.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I would love to extend a heartfelt thank you to Gem Flora for the absolutely amazing wedding planning and decorations. A special shoutout to Ivan, who has been the go-to person throughout the process—always pleasant, professional, and smiling. His attention to detail and support made everything so smooth and memorable. I highly recommend reaching out to Ivan for anyone planning their big day! We were also delighted to have the opportunity to purchase a few beautiful decorations from elsewhere to incorporate into our own design plans, which added a personal touch to our celebration. Thank you again, Gem Flora and Ivan, for making our wedding truly special! 🙏🙏🙏
Kak Aisha is the best. She's so accommodating and makes sure you get the best. And the team, too, for executing everything so beautifully. Our venue looked beautiful. The package that we had included so much that we almost did not even have to think of so many things for the wedding. Highly recommended!!
Thank you everyone, the event was very well curated and everything went smoothly. Our guests loved the decor and we love it as well. The set up team was very kind and efficient with special shout out to nazreen for their delicious food. The guests really enjoyed it, some even claim it to be "best" briyani. There was no excess nor shortage of food. Alhamdulillah.
My very honest review on Gemflora and team ✨ I wanted to thank you to all of you for the absolutely beautiful setup! From start to finish, you guys went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out exactly as we imagined. Your attention to detail made the space feel magical and brought our vision to life. it didn’t go unnoticed❤️ A special shoutout to ~Azmi Alias for making sure everything on the ground ran so seamlessly, your dedication and care truly made a difference in this experience & I’ve received so many compliments on how delicious your food is, which made the day even more memorable. We really appreciate all the effort, attention to detail, and hard work from the entire team. Thank you for turning our vision into reality and making the day so special and unforgettable! 🌸✨ Truly great experience!
We signed up with Gemflora mainly because we absolutely loved the venue at Gem by the Sea, it truly has that “wow” factor, especially with the idea of an outdoor solemnisation. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience fell far short of expectations. From the start, communication was poor. The team was often unresponsive, and we had to constantly chase them for updates. They created a group chat to “streamline” communication, but even then, some of the team members didn’t seem aware of what was going on which made things even more frustrating. Deco-wise, we ended up paying an additional $4,000 for the slightest changes. Despite preparing a detailed moodboard as requested, their 2D design proposals were disappointing. We had to ask for three revisions, and even then, the final design still didn’t match what I had envisioned. On the actual day, the outdoor deco was nothing like our moodboard, and they even messed up the aisle setup. They also promised us complimentary items, like a game corner, but none of it was provided on the wedding day. We confirmed outdoor seating the night before and were told not to worry but there was no sheltered seating at all. Were our guests expected to sit under the sun while eating? The catering (in-house) was also disappointing, didn't taste the same way it did during food tasting. The emcee included in the package was not up to standard either, and we would definitely recommend sourcing your own if you’re particular about event flow. To top it off, despite all these issues, no one from the team apologised or took accountability for the shortcomings except for Aisha, who was the only one who showed sincerity. The rest carried themselves with such high egos, it felt like feedback was unwelcome. In all honesty, Gem by the Sea as a venue is gorgeous but Gemflora as a vendor made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. Beautiful place, but sadly terrible coordination, communication, and service.

Gem Flora Wedding uses a package pricing model, though specific figures are not publicly listed and must be confirmed directly. As a general Singapore market reference, wedding floral and decor packages typically run S$300–1,500 for bouquets and aisle arrangements, while broader wedding service packages covering multiple elements can range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars depending on scope. When reviewing any quote, confirm what is included: hours of service or coverage, specific deliverables, setup and teardown, and the balance payment schedule. Also clarify whether GST is included, whether a travel charge applies for non-central venues, and what the deposit amount is on signing. Itemising this upfront avoids surprises closer to the wedding date. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services in Singapore, 6–12 months ahead is the general recommendation for popular dates. Peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, and in-demand vendors often have no availability within 3–4 months of those dates. Even if your wedding falls on a quieter weekend, earlier engagement gives more time for consultations, revisions, and custom preparation. Once your date is set, a signed contract and deposit — typically 30–50% — secures your booking. Confirm at that point whether the date is exclusively held or shared across multiple events. For any element that involves outdoor setup, ask about the wet-weather or contingency plan and how it affects the schedule. If your wedding date is less than three months away, contact Gem Flora Wedding directly via WhatsApp or phone to check availability before assuming a slot is open.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing, with the remaining balance due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit typically covers the date hold and any early planning or preparation work. As Gem Flora Wedding does not publish its terms publicly, confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers, whether it is transferable to a new date if plans change, and whether any portion is refundable on cancellation. Also ask about the rescheduling policy — reputable vendors typically allow a date change (subject to availability) without forfeiting the deposit if notice is given well in advance. Force-majeure clauses covering public-health restrictions or other unforeseen events are worth discussing before signing. If the event involves a setup at an HDB void deck, condominium function room, or hotel ballroom, ask whether Gem Flora Wedding holds public liability insurance and whether the venue requires a copy of the certificate before granting access.
