About Giggster Singapore
Giggster Singapore is a venue rental platform operating islandwide from its office at 3 Gambas Crescent, #08-07. It is KakiList verified and holds a 5/5 rating across 52 Google reviews, a moderately robust sample that suggests consistent client satisfaction. No ACRA registration has been confirmed, so prospective hirers should verify the entity's business registration independently before paying a deposit.
Enquiries typically begin with a conversation about event format and headcount — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, and theatre seating each yield different usable capacities from the same floor plan, with cocktail configurations typically accommodating 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number. Before committing, confirm what is included in the quoted package: aircon hours, basic audio-visual provision (PA system, projector, screen), in-house staffing, and cleaning fee. Establish whether setup and teardown access falls within the rented window or requires a separate booking, and clarify the food and beverage policy — in-house only, external caterer permitted with or without corkage, or bring-your-own. Noise curfew, parking arrangements, lift or ramp accessibility, and SCDF fire-safety certification are worth confirming before signing.
To take the next step, reach out to Giggster Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, preferred format, and estimated headcount, and arrange a site recce before paying any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
Recently did a photoshoot collaboration with Aurum Hair Salon. Yating is so professional and fun to work with. She’s patient and was able to put me at ease. She has an artistic eye and was able to capture different sides of me. Thank you both for making me look so good!
I’ve know Kyt for 3-4 years now. Ever since she took pictures of me for the first time, I never wanted anyone else to take pictures of me. That’s how good she is. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or disappointed because Kyt knows my best angles and poses and ensures the shots are great. She is very passionate, dedicated and her work shows it all. Kyt has been my resident photographer ever since and I always look forward to having different styles and aesthetics for all my photoshoots. Thank you Kyt! You are amazing! These are some of my favourite shots by Kyt.
ive booked this studio thrice already, cos the space was humongous with plenty of amenities and equipment that comes along with the rental such as the super sturdy roller stands, two huge parabolic softboxes and of cos the automated paper backdrops; the owner of the studio is always very friendly and accommodative too! Do hit them up for shoots or rentals!
Yating was incredibly warm and chill, putting me at ease for the shoot. The studio was very cozy and sleek, which made me feel very comfortable in presenting my best self for the shoot. Yating was also very nice and accommodating to ideas and open to suggestions for different vibes and feels to the shoot. Overall, yes and would go back again!
We took gorgeous family photos at Kyt Studio! Ya Ting is great at capturing the moment with our 6 month-old baby, and the photos look fantastic even without using flash. The studio has lots of natural lighting and is a very conducive setting for the shots. At the end of the shoot, we had a great variety of photos to choose from with different 'feels' to it, ranging from more traditional 'seated' poses to natural, candid shots. Ya Ting is very experienced and intuitive; her scenes are very natural and organic. I love that she takes my raw ideas for poses and makes it much, much prettier and artistic! She's also really responsive and approachable, which makes the process a whole lot easier and more convenient. Thanks Ya Ting for my wonderful family photos!

Giggster Singapore uses package-based pricing, which is typical for venue rental in Singapore. Function rooms in this market generally run S$100–500 per hour with a two- to four-hour minimum, while ballrooms command S$300–1,500 or more per hour. Per-event half-day packages at small to mid-sized venues typically start from S$1,500–8,000, with full-day ballroom packages ranging from S$8,000–30,000 or more. Itemise what is included before comparing quotes: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, and cleaning fee. Add-ons to confirm include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), in-house F&B minimum spend, liquor corkage if BYO, extended-hours surcharge (typically 1.5× to 2× outside the noise curfew window), and any photography or videography permit fees. Capacity depends on event format — standing cocktail typically accommodates 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number, with theatre seating sitting between the two. Confirm the exact figures for your preferred layout before booking, as published maximums are usually for standing. For F&B, establish whether catering must be sourced in-house, whether an external caterer is permitted (with or without corkage and possibly from an approved-caterer list), or whether you may bring your own. In-house F&B venues usually set a minimum spend per pax that replaces the hall rental fee. Confirm the bar and liquor arrangement — house wine list versus BYO with a per-bottle corkage charge. For wedding solemnisations, check whether the venue holds registered ROM solemnisation status or whether you will need to arrange a Justice of the Peace separately.
The standard Singapore convention is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evening slots, particularly in wedding season (March–April and October–November), can book out six to twelve months ahead. Confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm in residential-adjacent venues), parking arrangements, and accessibility — lift, ramp, and accessible toilets matter for guests with mobility needs. Ask what happens if a force-majeure event such as a public-health restriction or severe weather requires postponement; reputable venues typically allow rescheduling within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying the deposit is standard practice. Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail, banquet, or theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup and teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
