Excellent experience. Was an emergency tooth extraction needed. Prompt and proactive appointment confirmed. Excellent doctor - very skilled and competent and reassuring indeed. Also gave detailed advise for next 2 days precaution. Was crucial since I was flying back to India in 3 days time. Cost was reasonable by Singapore standards. This place needs much better and more reviews for its service standards

I visited glory dental yesterday and was a bit scare due to all the bad comments. But since I have made an appt and better not to cancelled it for the last minute. I agreed with some of the comment below, I just don't understand they got bad review? I went there sharp at 9.30am and they quickly registered me and dr ong was so nice to me and she explained & also advised me on my teeth. She is so kind! I can't find anything to write bad about them though!!! Overall experience is very good. Recommended!

Fantastic and prompt service. I called in one Sat afternoon due to a toothache, and they managed to slot me in for an immediate dentist consultation. Not only was the receptionist very helpful, Dr Ong Jinn was also very attentive to hear the history of my tooth problem and gave expert advice on what I should do to manage my symptoms before my root canal treatment as I was going overseas. I’ve been to 3 other dentists the past few months including Q&M and Toofdoctor but Glory Dental Surgery’s service and attentiveness was much more personal. There wasn’t a sense of “rushing” me or trying to force any surgeries if not needed. I’d come back for sure, eventhough I do not live nearby.

Dr Ong is really patient and caring, explains and addresses all my concerns in detail. So is her team as well, especially whoever’s manning the WhatsApp! Ive been there a few times and the recent was for wisdom tooth extraction + surgery. In my latest follow up, I was 15 minutes late but they were very understanding about it. Awesome

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

No referral is required to book a first appointment at a general dental clinic. You can contact Glory Dental Surgery (Roxy Square) directly by phone or online form. At the first visit, expect a clinical examination, dental X-rays where indicated, and a discussion of your concerns. The dentist will then outline a treatment plan with estimated costs before proceeding — you are not obligated to commence treatment at the same appointment. If your concern involves a complex condition such as jaw pain, severe periodontal disease, or implant surgery, ask whether the clinic handles this in-house or refers to a specialist. A GP referral is not required for dental consultations, but can assist with Medisave claims for certain surgical procedures if routed through a polyclinic first — confirm eligibility with the clinic.

Is the practitioner at Glory Dental Surgery (Roxy Square) licensed?

All practising dentists in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC), which operates under the Ministry of Health. You can verify a dentist's registration and good standing on the SDC's public register at sdc.gov.sg before your appointment. Specialist dentists — such as orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons — hold an additional specialist registration and should be listed on the SDC specialist register. No regulatory licences were listed for this provider in the current KakiList data. Before your first appointment, ask for the treating dentist's full name and confirm their SDC registration number directly on the SDC register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
