In March 2019, GoodLife! at Marine Terrace started the popular Gymn Tonic with 6 machines that take care of 9 types of muscles strengthening exercises. Each participant's progress is captured in a personalised lookalike credit card, wirelessly linked to a computer. The specially trained staff, caring, friendly & patient, are there to guide the participants.
