About Goodman Ceramic Studio

About Goodman Ceramic Studio

Goodman Ceramic Studio offers holiday camps and ceramic arts education from its studio at 71 Ubi Crescent, Atelier GDMC, Singapore 408571. The provider is KakiList-verified and holds a 4.6/5 rating across 222 Google reviews, a robust sample that carries meaningful weight. No pricing details are publicly listed, so prospective participants should enquire directly for current session fees and package options.

When exploring a programme, it is worth confirming the level and format that best fits your child or group — whether that is a beginner introduction, a structured holiday camp with multiple sessions, or a more advanced wheel-throwing class. Clarify whether classes run in small groups or with individual attention, and ask about the recommended age range and any prior experience required. It is also sensible to check the term or camp commitment expected, what materials and clay are included in the fee, and whether the studio is accessible by public transport from your area (Ubi MRT is nearby).

To take the next step, reach out to Goodman Ceramic Studio via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about upcoming holiday camp dates, group sizes, and current fees, and request a trial class where available to assess fit before committing to a full programme.

We booked GDMC & Atelier GDMC for a ceramic workshop private event for our son’s 6-year-old birthday party. Overall, the studio is very spacious, spotting a clean and modern design, with efficient layout and intelligent use of space, to accommodate many workstations for ceramic works. The studio also has a standalone enclosed area for running private events, where our birthday party was held. The event area is extremely spacious for our 22 pax event with separate dedicated areas for the ceramic workshop, cake cutting, and our food & beverage counter. Privacy and safety were maintained throughout the event with no disruptions to our program. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by the ceramic artist, Ms Hazel, for her ability to engage the 5-6 years old children, guiding them to build up their delightful ceramic crab sculptures. All in all, we enjoyed the ceramic workshop very much, it was pleasant and all aspects of the birthday party program was handled in a thoughtful manner on the part of the studio.

Attended the fauna heritage clay sculpture workshop - and it was really fun! Would recommend 👍 Super nice studio space and really friendly staff. You get a lot of freedom to create your piece and you get to paint it too. Thanks Jiaying for being a great facilitator

First pottery experience 😊 It was not easy to control the clay, but there were experienced hands Ruqxana and Les to guide us. Very fun! Photos of my very first masterpiece attached. Carved my name in case I get famous in future, and this original piece is suddenly worth millions 🤣

We had a team building & wellness program @Goodman Ceramic Studio. Hazel & Anne Team are friendly, approachable & knowledgeable. They guided us to create our own porcelain plate. The whole process was very engaging and meaningful.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Goodman Ceramic Studio charge per session?

Goodman Ceramic Studio has not publicly listed its pricing, so fees will depend on the specific programme — whether a single drop-in session, a multi-day holiday camp, or a recurring term-based class. When enquiring, ask for the per-session rate alongside any camp package price, whether materials and clay are included, and whether a sibling or group discount applies. A trial class fee, if offered, may differ from the standard rate. Some studios also charge separately for glazing and firing of finished pieces, so it is worth clarifying the full cost before booking. See the full holiday camps cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

Many ceramic studios offer a trial or introductory session that lets participants experience the format, pace, and teaching style before signing up for a full camp or term. When contacting Goodman Ceramic Studio, ask whether a standalone trial class is available, what it costs, and whether that fee is credited towards a longer programme if you decide to continue. During a trial, pay attention to the instructor-to-student ratio, how hands-on the guidance is, and whether the pace and difficulty level suit your child's age and experience. A good fit in those areas matters more than proximity or price alone.

What are the tutors' credentials at Goodman Ceramic Studio?

No staff credentials are publicly listed for Goodman Ceramic Studio. For arts and craft enrichment providers, relevant backgrounds typically include a diploma or degree in fine arts, ceramics, or a related discipline, alongside practical studio teaching experience. Years of experience running structured holiday camps for children is equally relevant. When enquiring, ask about the lead instructor's training and how long they have been teaching ceramics, particularly to the age group your child falls into. If the camp is syllabus-aligned or designed around MOE art curriculum themes, ask for that detail as well.
