About GP.SG Tuition

About GP.SG Tuition

GP.SG Tuition is a private tuition provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed under the Private Tutors subcategory on KakiList. The listing has been verified by a KakiList team member, confirming that operating details and contact channels are active. The provider holds a 4.9-out-of-5 rating across 63 Google reviews, which represents a moderate sample and can be treated with reasonable confidence as a positive signal.

Families typically begin by enquiring about level and syllabus fit — for instance, whether the tutor covers the MOE O-Level, A-Level, or IP General Paper syllabus — before asking about format (group tuition versus one-to-one), location or online delivery, and term commitment. A trial class is a sensible first step to assess engagement, teaching style, and whether the level of instruction matches your child's current needs before committing to a longer arrangement.

To get started, reach out to GP.SG Tuition via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm subject coverage, available time slots, and trial class arrangements. Their address is listed at 87 Beach Rd, Singapore 189695, though coverage extends islandwide.

I feel that the crash course covering essay content was very useful. Mr Zach delved thoroughly into different skills like flow and tweaking which I think are very useful when it comes to producing logical high-scoring essays. Personally, the notes were very helpful as they were clear, straight to the point and covered a wide range of relevant examples. Attending the crash course has definitely expedited and deepened my revision for the A levels and I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to gain insight even during the last stretch :)

I joined Mr Zach’s crash course midway after my friend recommended it to me and his lessons turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. At first I was afraid of not being able to catch up with the content I missed, but Mr Zach was really thoughtful and broke down the recorded lessons and content into digestible segments that helped me to keep up. Content has always been my biggest struggle but through the course I learnt numerous examples that were really intriguing yet relevant! (he provides vocab bank as well and it has significantly helped me in improving my language too)The notes he provides are comprehensive and easy to understand which are very useful for studying and made studying for gp so much more enjoyable as well! I believe I’m a lot more confident in essay writing after having attended his lessons, thank you Mr Zach!! For those who wish to build their content and improve essay writing skills, I definitely recommend trying it out!

I think your lessons were really insightful and provided me with a lot of knowledge about current affairs! The examples shared each lesson were interesting, so much so that I would read up more about them after class and expand the depth of my understanding 😆 A skill that I really found helpful was Flow and I’ve been trying to apply that with every essay question I tackle. It provides a systematic way of structuring my body paragraphs and ensures that every argument is well-developed. I had an essay timed practice in school and my essay grade jumped from a D to a B, just after one crash course lesson! You’ve also provided us with a lot of resources, from the many sample essays, to the word banks and even a vast coverage of examples that can be tweaked for many essay topics. The lessons are easy to follow and at a comfortable pace too 😄

I found Mr Zach's lessons refreshing as he introduced new methods like the FLOW and ABC system, helping me construct strong links within and between paragraphs. This gave me a clearer and stronger logic flow in my essays. His examples are versatile and applicable to various essay types, and his model essays significantly expanded my vocabulary in the weeks leading up to A Levels. Mr Zach’s engaging teaching and passion for GP motivated me to read more widely. His coverage of unique topics, like "Individuals and values," was especially helpful in the A Level exam, boosting my GP from a constant C to an A!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does GP.SG Tuition charge per session?

GP.SG Tuition displays a mid-range price indicator, though a specific per-session or monthly rate is not published on this listing. Private tuition in Singapore is typically priced on a per-session basis, bundled into monthly packages, or structured by school term. Rates vary according to the tutor's experience and qualifications, the subject and level, and whether sessions are one-to-one or in a small group. It is worth asking about trial class fees, whether printed or digital materials carry an additional charge, and whether sibling or package discounts are available. Confirm the full cost structure before committing to a block booking. See the full private tutors cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

Most private tuition providers in Singapore offer a trial session, either at a reduced rate or at the standard per-session fee, before asking families to commit to a term or monthly arrangement. A trial class gives your child the opportunity to experience the tutor's teaching style, gauge how well the pacing and level match their current standing, and assess whether they feel comfortable enough to engage actively. During or after the trial, pay attention to whether the tutor addresses your child's specific gaps, how feedback is communicated, and whether the session aligns with the relevant syllabus — MOE, IB, IGCSE, or otherwise. Contact GP.SG Tuition directly to confirm trial availability and any associated fee.

What are the tutor's credentials at GP.SG Tuition?

Specific tutor credentials — such as NIE or MOE teaching background, university degree, or years of teaching experience — are not listed in the publicly available information for GP.SG Tuition. This is not uncommon for private tuition providers, but it is an important factor to clarify before booking, particularly for examination-level subjects. When making an enquiry, ask directly about the assigned tutor's academic background, whether they have prior MOE school experience, and their familiarity with the specific syllabus your child is following. If the provider uses multiple tutors, confirm who will be assigned to your child and whether a replacement policy exists should the tutor become unavailable. Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
