Advisable not to get cars from them, especially toyota cars. A friend rent from them and feedbacked saying the following: - Borneo Motors support is slow. Pro-rated rental reimbursement kicks in only if car wasted more than 6 hrs at workshop. Most time, Borneo Motors will get job done around 5hrs or near before 6hrs. Half day gone for him with zero income!! - They like to meddle and disturb your grab app account to stop u from working for income if delay payment of rentals. E.g. when u go on holidays and forget to put in money for rental deduction. - Like to intimidate with repossession messages. There were also countless stories in the past of sending tow truck to drivers suddenly early morning wee hours. - Rental rate is on higher side. Sell gimmicks with some compassionate leave which a driver most time don't use. Lol Better avoid !!

Warning to Foreigners: Zero Customer Support for Safety Issues "Beware when using Grab in Vietnam. While convenient, the customer support for safety issues is nonexistent. I've encountered multiple drivers who were aggressively distracted (on video calls) and reacted to requests for safe driving by threatening to abandon the ride. When seeking immediate emergency help from Grab's Help Center, they completely failed to address the threat. Instead of focusing on my safety, they demanded evidence. This indicates a severe systemic issue where they prioritize protecting the driver's interests over the customer's well-being. If a driver threatens you or intentionally tries to provoke a cancellation, do not expect any support."

Use regular taxis and do not use their services unless you're comfortable with being charged extra unclear charges that they are unable to explain (e.g. metered fare for non-taxi rides) but refuse to waive. Lacks transparency and cognitive abilities to explain to customers and totally authoritarian in insisting on charging whatever they like. Stop supporting such a monopoly. They should not be allowed to operate in a democratic country like Singapore!
