The consultation covers presenting symptoms, physical examination, and where indicated, referral letters to polyclinics or specialist outpatient clinics. For chronic conditions eligible under the Chronic Disease Management Programme — including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders — MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year may apply at participating CHAS or CDMP clinics; confirm eligibility at the front desk.

Call the clinic directly on the listed phone number to check current operating hours, queue availability, and whether your specific concern — acute illness, repeat prescription, or health screening — can be addressed on a walk-in basis.

I honestly dont understand. On what era is this clinic living in? I went to the clinic due to having a bad fall at work. I actually drove all the way from work to the clinic and limping my way there. Only to realize that they only accept CASH Only payment. Not paymow, no nets, no cards payment. And when i told the front desk that its ok, i might have to come again or go to another clinic cos i dont have cash with me. Only cards and paynow, (being ill they dont expect me to limp my way just to draw out cash for payment) the aunty at the desk gave me a disgusted look. So rude.. will never patronize this clinic. If the owner of this clinic saw this, pls improve on your payment system and pls educate your front desk staff to be more polite. Afterall patient who came to see doctor is not feeling well. Why make it worse by being rude or giving rude looks?

Worse and laziest clinic assistants ever seen, bully poor helpers when go there for regular 6 months check up (due date but not red letter). Give them business also reject… damn stupid…but it’s ok other clinics also all can do with very kind service to helpers.

Got baited by the false timing stated on google. Says its open Saturdays 7 - 830pm, hence rushed down as meds were needed asap, just to find that the clinic was closed. Wasted trip and time!

Clinic says it opens at 2pm but Dr arrived at 230. It's fine if Dr wants to be late. But during the pandemic, it's the responsibility of the Dr to avoid wait time for patients in case any of them has C-19.

Staff are irresponsibility. Go to the counter for register but I'm like invisible, they keep ignore me. Doctor like not interested to listen my condition and talk lot of nonsense.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Grace Clinic and Surgery charge?›

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with variations depending on the complexity of the consultation, the time of day, and whether medications are dispensed. Common add-ons include blood tests (S$60–200 depending on the panel), urine tests, and medications, all billed separately from the consultation fee. GST applies on private medical services. For planned investigations or referrals, request a written breakdown before proceeding. Any planned procedure should come with a financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deductions, and out-of-pocket costs. No specific fee information is published on this listing — contact Grace Clinic and Surgery directly to confirm current charges.

Is Grace Clinic and Surgery MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?›

No regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — this is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Prospective patients should verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration before booking. Neither alone is sufficient. Grace Clinic and Surgery can be contacted directly by phone to request these details.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Grace Clinic and Surgery?›

Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to deductibles, co-insurance, and rider rules. For GP visits, MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient conditions, and S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and stroke. Confirm at the front desk whether Grace Clinic and Surgery participates in CHAS, CDMP, or any panel insurer before your visit, as eligibility affects what can be claimed. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate itemising insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
