Rude and no safety towards staff and patient when sent to and fro from nursing home to hospital. Used patient’s stretcher and knocked staff accompanying patient from nursing home against the lift wall. When making way out of the lift to the transport, did not wait for staff to assist. Walked fast and almost caused an accident where patient on stretcher almost fell with him onto grass patch. Transport staff was old Malay man wearing home clothes and in slippers. Likes to argue when in fault too.
