First visit to the clinic. Dr Poon is very patient (no pun intended) and detailed throughout the consultation. She often check if the patient is comfortable during the procedure. Clinic is bright and clean, counter staff friendly. Keep it up!

Considering that my situation may be a bit complicated, I found this clinic on Google Maps. It is neither the closest to my home nor on the list of providers covered by my insurance company, but it has the best reviews within two kilometers. As it turns out, those reviews are true , and it deserves a five-star rating. 1 This is a walk-in clinic, clean and well-organized. The waiting time is not too long. 2 The receptionists are highly efficient. 3 Dr. Poon is the best doctor I have ever met. Her consultations are very thorough and her explanations are very clear. Especially for the first visit here, the physical examination might make one feel extremely nervous, but she can make people feel relaxed and trust her. She noticed and comforted me about my slight worry, reminding me of “To Cure Sometimes, To Relieve Often, To Comfort Always.”I also feel that the doctor loves her profession very much. 4 My husband has seen another doctor at the clinic, and he also thinks that doctor is equally excellent.

Dr Poon is always very attentive to my medical concerns. Her prescriptions and advice are well thought out to address the root cause of the symptoms. Her being warm and relatable also helps me to be less anxious when visiting the doctor.
