It is worth confirming in advance which treatments are available in-house and whether referrals are made for specialist procedures such as orthodontics, oral surgery, or implants. Patients on corporate dental plans or Medisave-claimable treatments should check eligibility before the appointment, as claimable procedures vary by scheme.

Have been consulting Dr Melody Fam for many years. She would always keep me updated on my teeth’s condition, what I did well and what can be improved on my part as caring for my teeth is my responsibility. Dr Melody is a nice to talk to, gentle during dental procedures, will often ask if I’m okay during cleaning/scaling.
I just had an extraction done at Greenlife Dental Clinic - Toa Payoh. Dr Au Yong and Dr Lim were both very patient and caring doctors. 🙏🏻I would also like to thank Ms Bradel for sitting down keeping me accompany when I was waiting for Dr Au Yong’s arrival. Ms Bradel was trying to calm me down as I was in a lot of pain. 🥹. She even had to take a late lunch because of that. The receptionist and clinic assistant were also very gentle and caring who kept assuring me that I would be alright. 🥰 Kudos to everyone at the clinic! 👍🏻
Delightful as always. Front desks on both levels are always pleasant. After previous dentist opened her own practice, have been following Dr. Delwyn. He's very gentle, attentive and detailed. I bring my parents here as well, my dad follows Dr. Delwyn as well and my mom loves Dr Melody. And I do mean LOVE. My mom is always nervous and anxious when it comes to dental appointments but always relaxes when she gets comforted by Dr. Melody's warm demeanor, gentleness and her extra care. 2 thumbs up for the 2 doctors and the Toa Payoh team. 😍😍🥳🥳👍🏼👍🏼

Will highly recommend her to anyone interested.

Dental fees in Singapore vary significantly by procedure. A standard consultation and scaling typically runs S$50–120 at a general dental clinic; fillings range from S$80–250 depending on material (composite vs amalgam); extractions S$80–350 for routine cases; and root canal treatment S$800–2,000 or more depending on the tooth. GST applies on dental fees. Medisave can be used to offset certain procedures — including extractions, root canals, and surgical treatments — subject to MOH withdrawal limits. Corporate dental plans and CHAS subsidies (for eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs) may also apply. Confirm the fee estimate and claimable amounts with the clinic before treatment. No referral is required to visit a general dental clinic. New patients typically complete a short intake form covering medical history and current medications — relevant because conditions such as blood-thinning medication or diabetes can affect treatment planning and healing. For straightforward treatments such as scaling, fillings, or extractions, the dentist can usually proceed at the same appointment after the examination. For more complex needs — orthodontic assessment, implant planning, or specialist oral surgery — the dentist may refer you to a specialist after the initial review. If you have a specific concern, mention it when booking so the appropriate appointment time is reserved.
All dentists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC), which operates under the Ministry of Health. Registration is verifiable on the SDC's public register at moh.gov.sg. Dental clinics must also hold an MOH clinic licence under the Healthcare Services Act. No regulatory licences are listed in the current KakiList data for this provider. Before booking, ask the clinic to confirm the name of the consulting dentist and verify their SDC registration directly on the public register. This step is particularly important for invasive procedures such as extractions, implants, or oral surgery.
