About Greenlife Dental Clinic (Woodlands)
Greenlife Dental Clinic (Woodlands) is a dental practice located at Blk 185 Toa Payoh Central, serving patients across Singapore. New patients typically begin with an initial consultation, during which the dentist assesses presenting concerns — whether routine scaling and polishing, fillings, extractions, root canal treatment, orthodontics, or cosmetic work such as whitening or veneers. It is worth confirming which services are available in-house versus referred, and whether the clinic accepts CHAS, Medisave, or insurance panels, as these affect out-of-pocket costs significantly for Singaporeans and PRs. Enquire about appointment availability, particularly for weekend slots, and whether a treatment plan and estimated costs are provided in writing before any procedure commences.
To book an appointment, contact Greenlife Dental Clinic (Woodlands) by phone or through the enquiry form listed on this page.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Have been consulting Dr Melody Fam for many years. She would always keep me updated on my teeth’s condition, what I did well and what can be improved on my part as caring for my teeth is my responsibility. Dr Melody is a nice to talk to, gentle during dental procedures, will often ask if I’m okay during cleaning/scaling.
I just had an extraction done at Greenlife Dental Clinic - Toa Payoh. Dr Au Yong and Dr Lim were both very patient and caring doctors. 🙏🏻I would also like to thank Ms Bradel for sitting down keeping me accompany when I was waiting for Dr Au Yong’s arrival. Ms Bradel was trying to calm me down as I was in a lot of pain. 🥹. She even had to take a late lunch because of that. The receptionist and clinic assistant were also very gentle and caring who kept assuring me that I would be alright. 🥰 Kudos to everyone at the clinic! 👍🏻
Delightful as always. Front desks on both levels are always pleasant. After previous dentist opened her own practice, have been following Dr. Delwyn. He's very gentle, attentive and detailed. I bring my parents here as well, my dad follows Dr. Delwyn as well and my mom loves Dr Melody. And I do mean LOVE. My mom is always nervous and anxious when it comes to dental appointments but always relaxes when she gets comforted by Dr. Melody's warm demeanor, gentleness and her extra care. 2 thumbs up for the 2 doctors and the Toa Payoh team. 😍😍🥳🥳👍🏼👍🏼

Dental fees in Singapore vary considerably by procedure. A routine consultation and scaling-and-polishing session typically runs S$50–120 at a private clinic. Fillings range from S$80–250 depending on material and tooth location; extractions S$80–350 (simple to surgical); root canal treatment S$800–1,500 per tooth; and orthodontics S$3,500–8,000 for a full braces or clear aligner course. GST applies to all dental procedures at private clinics. CHAS cardholders (Blue, Orange, or Green) can claim subsidies at CHAS-accredited clinics, reducing out-of-pocket costs for common dental procedures. Medisave can be used for certain surgical procedures such as wisdom tooth surgery and periodontal treatment, subject to withdrawal limits. Confirm whether Greenlife Dental Clinic (Woodlands) participates in CHAS and any relevant insurance panels before your appointment, and ask for a written treatment plan with itemised costs before proceeding. No referral is required for routine dental care at a private clinic — you can book directly by phone or through the enquiry form. At your first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and any known allergies, as certain conditions (blood thinners, heart conditions, diabetes) affect treatment planning. For more complex presentations — severe tooth pain, swelling, or a condition flagged by a GP — a brief summary from your doctor can help the dentist plan the consultation more efficiently. Patients seeking Medisave-claimable procedures such as wisdom tooth surgery may need a clinical assessment before a claim can be submitted. Confirm the first-visit format and whether X-rays are taken at the initial appointment when you call ahead.
All dentists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC), which operates under the Ministry of Health. The SDC maintains a public register of registered dental practitioners that you can search by name at moh.gov.sg before your appointment. Dental specialists — orthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, and prosthodontists — hold an additional specialist registration and should be listed on the SDC specialist register. No licences are listed in Greenlife Dental Clinic (Woodlands)'s current provider data on KakiList. Before booking, confirm the name of the consulting dentist and verify their SDC registration number on the public register directly. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
