About Grow Singapore

About Grow Singapore

Grow Singapore is an eldercare provider offering elderly caregiver services across all areas of Singapore, operating from its Bedok Reservoir base. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 4.8-star Google rating across 16 reviews — a small sample size, so this figure should be treated as directional rather than conclusive. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile, which is worth clarifying directly with the provider before proceeding. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range level ($$), though no specific rates are published.

Families typically begin by contacting Grow Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss the elder's care needs in detail. It is important to outline mobility level, medical conditions, any dementia or memory concerns, the number of hours required per day or week, and who the key family decision-makers are. This assessment helps determine whether visit-based care or a more intensive arrangement is appropriate. A trial period is advisable before committing to any ongoing arrangement, and all care terms — including hours, scope of duties, and rates — should be documented in writing before care begins.

To take the next step, reach out to Grow Singapore via WhatsApp or phone to arrange a care assessment and discuss availability for your required start date.

I needed help to replace new moss on my terrarium and I contacted grow urban. On the same day I headed down and the team in grow urban assisted me.They are very helpful and friendly. I recommend people to come and visit their store as they have a wide range of collection for your terrarium/paludarium etc.. Location is very nice and calming right infront of bedok reservoir park. Thanks again Grow Urban! Will visit you again soon! 🌱🍀

I bought peat moss from this store previously and the staff really took the time to explain and answer all my questions. I was buying it for aquarium use so I asked a lot if it had any extra added ferts etc. I also called today to enquire if they had black sand and he was very helpful and even sent me photos of the sand and the pricing through WhatsApp. Really appreciate it and I think the customer service here is very good, definitely won't have any issues and they will explain very thoroughly. :) Thank you!

They have amazing and unique plant displays in a tiny space. My kid and her classmates love looking at the little terrariums and aquariums in this store. I bought some plants from here and the staff are friendly and try to give me tips to keep my plants in better shape.

Nice shop with a wide variety of good quality saplings. We were looking for Tulasi(holy basil) and messaged the owner. He was kind enough to reach out when the plant was available. Worth a visit!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Grow Singapore charge?

Grow Singapore displays a mid-range pricing indicator ($$), but specific hourly, daily, or monthly rates are not published on this listing. Singapore market norms for home-based elder caregivers typically run S$20–35 per hour for visit-based care, S$150–250 per day for full-day arrangements, and S$3,000–5,500 per month for live-in setups, excluding agency placement fees where applicable. Public holidays commonly attract a surcharge of 1–1.5× the standard rate. Confirm the full cost structure in writing before engaging — clarify whether the quoted rate covers the caregiver's time only, or whether it bundles insurance, transport, or agency fees. Live-in or visit-based — which does Grow Singapore offer?

Grow Singapore lists elderly caregiver services across Singapore, but does not specify on this profile whether live-in placements, visit-based hourly care, or both are available. In the Singapore market, visit-based caregivers typically cover personal hygiene, meal assistance, medication reminders, and companionship during scheduled hours, while live-in arrangements add overnight presence and more continuous supervision for elders with higher-dependency needs. When enquiring, specify the elder's mobility level, medical complexity, and the number of hours or days of coverage required. Ask about the trial period available, the process for requesting a different caregiver if there is a personality mismatch, and whether a written care plan is provided at the outset.

Is the caregiver trained and insured?

No regulatory licences are currently listed on Grow Singapore's profile. For context, clinical home care providers in Singapore are typically registered with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) or the Ministry of Health (MOH), while caregivers handling nursing procedures should hold relevant healthcare certifications. Dementia-specific training (such as Dementia Singapore's programmes) is an important credential where memory conditions are involved. Before engaging, ask directly whether the caregivers hold any formal certifications, whether the company carries insurance for caregiver injury or incidents involving the client, and whether it is AIC-registered. Given that no licences are currently on record for this listing, confirming these details with Grow Singapore directly is strongly advised. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
