About Happy Rolling

About Happy Rolling

Happy Rolling is a pet boarding provider based at 479 Geylang Road, Singapore 389438, offering services islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.7-star rating across 53 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal of customer satisfaction, though prospective clients are encouraged to read individual reviews for context.

When enquiring about boarding, it is helpful to share your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, along with any known behavioural traits or medical conditions. Happy Rolling will typically want to see up-to-date vaccination records before confirming a booking, so have these ready. If you are boarding your pet for the first time, ask whether a trial visit or short day-stay is available so your pet can acclimatise to the environment. Clarify drop-off and collection times, whether the service operates on public holidays, and how you will receive updates on your pet during their stay.

To get started, reach out to Happy Rolling via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form with your pet's details and your intended boarding dates. Confirm the vaccination requirements, pricing, and any house rules in writing before drop-off.

Super happy with the grooming results. My cat got alot of matted fur and dead coat so i chose a full grooming with cat spa. Result is really good and my cat looks so clean and happy now. Will bring my older cat here too!

I have sent my cats to Happy Rolling Cat Boarding several times. I'm happy to report that I've had great service from them and they are very meticulous. They create a chat group where I can talk directly to the caretaker and I even gave a list of specific instructions to follow. All no problems. You can even watch your cats via CCTV 24/7. After the first stay the cats became fairly acclimatised and they took less time to settle in on subsequent stays. They are both happy and well looked after. I also took up their grooming service and have no complaints there. Recommended, please support them so my cats have a place they are accustomed to for many years to come.

Dropped off my two cats here over the holidays and I’m pretty sure they had a little vacation of their own. They were super nervous at first (cue the dramatic puffed-up tails, growling and hissing), but the wonderful staff handled them with such patience and care that they quickly settled in. They even had a grooming session while they were there and came back looking more refreshed than ever. I also really appreciated the regular updates as it was so reassuring to know they were in good hands (and not secretly plotting revenge against us for leaving them behind 🤣). Big thank you to the lovely team for taking such great care of my fur babies. Highly recommend this place to any cat parent who wants peace of mind and happy whiskers! 🐾😸

Ms Bileen and her team were very helpful and caring. This was our first time choosing to board our cats with them and we appreciate all the efforts from their side. The best part was the access to cctv 24/7 it put our mind to ease while we were away from our pets. Highly recommend them❤️

Saw the ad online by Alex, Was attended by Bileen and groomed by Buffy. May I just say overall it was a very pleasant experience, It was truly a house of pet lovers who knows and love their craft! They put their heart and soul to attend to each and every single furbaby. Was 100% assured to put my fur baby in their hands and they even offered general pet caring tips and it was truly fantastic!! Highly recommended and will be back for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Happy Rolling charge?

Happy Rolling displays a mid-range price tier ($$), though a specific per-night or per-visit rate is not publicly listed. For pet boarding in Singapore, rates typically vary by pet size, breed, and the level of care provided — smaller pets and standard boarding generally sit at the lower end, while larger breeds or premium arrangements cost more. Additional charges may apply for add-ons such as extra walks, feeding of special diets, or public holiday surcharges. Contact Happy Rolling directly via WhatsApp or phone to request a full breakdown before committing. Always confirm the total cost in writing, including any extras, so there are no surprises at collection. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does Happy Rolling require?

Most pet boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, and cats to be current on FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia). Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for dogs staying in a shared boarding environment, as it spreads easily in close quarters. Vaccinations are typically required to have been administered within the past 12 months, and proof — usually a veterinary vaccination card — will be requested at or before drop-off. Confirm Happy Rolling's specific requirements when you enquire, as policies can vary by facility.

Is Happy Rolling licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore that house animals on their premises are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of the National Parks Board (NParks). At the time of this listing, Happy Rolling does not have an AVS licence recorded in the KakiList directory. This does not necessarily mean the business is unlicensed, but parents should ask to see the AVS licence directly before proceeding. On insurance, ask Happy Rolling what protocol is in place should your pet become unwell or sustain an injury during their stay — including whether they carry liability cover and how veterinary costs would be handled. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
