Doctors in this clinic are great. Can’t say about their inflexible queue system though. If you are super sick , and live very nearby, and wish that your family Member can help you get a number first. Then good luck, happy waiting. My husband needed to see the doctor but he was at the bank waiting. I went down trying to get a number for him to be the last patient in the morning. Rejected straight in the face. We live 2 min away. Well, can’t help it if they don’t value regulars . Is such a waste because the doctors are very good but the administration of the queue system is terrible. And always spoil the whole experience all the time. For those who don’t mind waiting. Is very good. Or maybe we are not regular enough to make an appointment when we really can’t sit there to wait .

Both Doctors are very very professional in what they do and have a wealth of experience. Their staff are equally professional and help run the clinic well. If they told you to wait, YOU WAIT. They know what they’re doing. If their phone lines are busy, you can always try again. I have never experienced any form of rudeness.
