Very clean and functional GP family clinic. The Doctor is very kind and explained everything in a nice manner. Highly recommend.
Here's my reply for the follow-up below my review. I've visited this clinic multiple times over the years and have always been impressed with the physician's patience, kindness, and understanding. However, my experience with one of the receptionists today was disappointing. During my visit, we came to complete a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), and I was previously informed by the receptionist over the phone that we needed to log into the Singpass account of all participants. She emphasized that if we weren't well-prepared and took too much time to present the Singpass of every individual, there would be an additional charge for the doctor's time. I had done my best to prepare, using my mobile device to complete the online work on behalf of all participants to ensure all Singpass passwords could log in on the site. However, we weren't aware that the Singpass app on each participant's personal phone was required for QR code scanning. We had the passwords, usernames, and codes for the Singpass site login ready, but not the app on each individual's phone. The doctor was understanding and allowed us to return the next day to complete the LPA after getting the app ready. However, one of the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable. She called me back as we were leaving, spoke to me in a condescending tone, and reprimanded me for not preparing the Singpass properly in advance, requesting that we pay an additional consultation fee. I want to emphasize that we did prepare the Singpass correctly, but there are two versions: the app version and the site version. We had used the site version for other matters, like HDB, without issue when QR code scanning isn't required. I wasn't informed that QR code scanning was required and that the Singpass app was needed for all participants. Although QR code scanning is common amongst socially active individuals, it doesn't mean that elderly people who rarely socialize will have this downloaded on their mobiles. If I'd been informed earlier that the app was mandatory, I would have helped them download it before visiting. Physician's rating: 5 stars One of the receptionists: 2 stars (at least she bothered to inform us that Singpass login was required, but she missed highlighting that Singpass site login wasn't acceptable and only the Singpass app with QR code scanning was acceptable). Regarding my inquiry about my personal medical issue, I was wondering if any medical attention is needed when coughing up mucus with some blood during a common cold I've been experiencing for a few days. My inquiry was brief – just a 1-minute question when we were about to leave, and I wasn't aware that the clinic had concerns about this. If I had known, I wouldn't have asked. If we should leave the consultation room, please let us know, and we're willing to cooperate. If you want clients to avoid mistakes for LPA, please highlight that the Singpass site without QR code scanning can't be used and only the Singpass app with QR code scanning can be used. Both versions are Singpass, but different in function. You didn't highlight this to us, and who knows which ones can't be used? ✅ Singpass app login (with QR code scanning), other functions remain the same ❌ Singpass site login (without QR code scanning), other functions remain the same It's our first time doing LPA; how were we supposed to know without being informed that Singpass QR code scanning is required? We prepared everything properly, but we prepared the Singpass site login. I've done my part. I felt the pressure of being reprimanded without a proper reason. I recommend the doctor 👍 – very professional and understanding. I'm giving this 4-star rating solely due to the doctor's kindness and for the sake of the clinic's reputation.
The doctor treated me very kindly. He explained things in a way that was as easy to understand as possible for a foreigner who doesn't speak English. Thank you. The nurse was also kind.
Went down on a weekday morning to treat a cut, Dr Lim was very professional yet approachable. Consultation prices are reasonable too. Staff is also quite friendly.
Both the doctor and the front desk person were very nice and efficient. Not much waiting time. Clean and nice ambience.

GP consultations at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up visits often at the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed separately include medications and prescriptions, diagnostic tests such as blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, and swabs, as well as vaccinations (S$30–80 per dose depending on the vaccine). GST applies on private medical services. For planned investigations or chronic disease follow-ups, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for qualifying conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidaemia, subject to the S$500 or S$700 annual withdrawal limit. Confirm the exact consultation fee and what is bundled versus billed separately when you call ahead. See the full GP clinic cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are currently listed for this provider on KakiList. Before attending, you should independently verify that the clinic holds a valid MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — this is searchable on the MOH licensee directory. The consulting doctor's registration should also be confirmed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can check their registration status and any specialist accreditation. Both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry are mandatory requirements for a legitimate GP practice in Singapore — neither alone is sufficient. Contact the clinic directly to obtain the names of the practising doctors and cross-reference them on the SMC register before your first visit. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
MediSave can be used at approved GP clinics for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions, subject to the S$500 or S$700 annual withdrawal limit per account holder. Routine acute consultations generally cannot draw on MediSave unless they fall under a CDMP-listed condition. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) layered on MediShield Life, confirm whether this clinic is on your insurer's panel before attending — non-panel consultations at private clinics are usually fully out-of-pocket. For any planned referral, investigation, or procedure, request a written financial estimate from the clinic that clearly separates the insurance claim, MediSave deduction, and your out-of-pocket portion before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
