I consulted this clinic through online consulting, as I was having a headache and intense stomachache, which was a probable food posioning case. Considering the fact that I've had consult calls with other doctors from this clinic and they were all terrible, it was my mistake on not requesting for a different doctor. Dr Christopher Chan Mao Sheng, started out the call being extremely dismissive, and even mentioned that he did not want to "hear my long story" of how i got sick or the symptoms that i was having, despite that being a doctors job because they need information and evidence to diagnose the patient accurately and provide the necessary medicine/care they require. Afterwards, he seemed impatient and was evident that he wanted to end the consult early without providing me medicine or an MC, which was the reason why i even consulted in the first place. So, I asked him if i could obtain an MC, to which he replied "Uh, I do not feel comfortable providing you an MC." First of all, the reason that he provided and claimed was not at all valid and reasonable, let alone, did it make sense that those words should be coming out of the mouth of a doctor who knows clearly sick patients are looking for MCs to stay home and get the proper rest they deserve to recover. Second of all, there is no point in me having a call consult with a doctor if he does not even provide me with anything necessary and helpful, which just means he is taking my money for free, and for just asking a few questions while showing attitude. Lastly, doctors are supposed to embody the values of caring and supporting the patients. Knowing full well that the patients entering the call are feeling extremely unwell, not only do you face them with an attitude, but you also carry the idea that the person you are talking to in front of you is faking their illness. Moreover, following that ridiculous assumption, you refuse any medicine and MC for the patient that they desperately need. I find that extremely disappointing, and frustrating, as i'm sure many others would too. Having such an unpleasant experience of having my money wasted and headache worsened, i come here to find that many people have the same unpleasant experiences. I think this is a tell tale sign that this clinic is incapable of ensuring that their doctors provide the utmost care and service to their patients. I thought i was consulting a professional clinic and a good doctor, but i was talking to a sales person instead.

Honestly if I can give negative star I will. Being matched in ManaDr twice from this clinic and the experience is the worst. The doctor from this clinic just give the “here comes another person that just want an MC” or “I don’t give a damn” attitude. First time being matched, I was explaning to the doctor my symptoms, the doctor cut me halfway and told me no need tell him so long story. I was like what? I have to tell you what’s going on right? Then I tried to cut short and if I am not wrong, he simply just roll his eyes and just end the call and gave me one day mc . But I just too sick to bother about this so I just ignore and take my rest. Then come yesterday I was being matched by this Ng Zi Hao, I don’t know if the clinic is not making money or what and if I am visiting a doctor or sales person. Told him my symptoms and he ask me if I need medicine, I told him that my gf and I had the same symptoms but my gf went to see the doctor earlier and got medicine already. He requested to see what kind of medicine I had and I showed him. Then he just replied “ not enough these medicine. You need more than just that” and went ahead and prescribed me a $76+ medicines . Then after that he want to end my call by abruptly saying thank you goodbye in a impatient tone. I asked him about mc and I need a 2 days MC to rest at home as I had a very bad diarrhoea and I doing service line which is not very good for me to keep going to the toilet so my superior told me to take 2 days off. He just simply reply me “ I can only give you one day. If you want one more day MC, you have to purchase the medicines if not I can’t give you 2 days” I was like huh? What kinda reply was that? It just make me feel you want to make money instead of giving concern about the patient you are attending to. After which I told him I do not want the medicine and he just end the conversation and gave me the one day MC. Went to do a search on this clinic and realised how bad the ratings are and this Ng Zi Hao has been reported multiple times. Funny that a 2.3 rating clinic is saying a 4.3 rating clinic medicine is not enough This place is nothing of a clinic.

For Doctor Ng Zi Hao. (I didn't know he had so many bad reviews until I googled) Anyways I got Ng Zi Hao from Health light family clinic on a Teleconsultation on MaNaDr for a cold/fever. He was overall dismissive and lacked 'care'. He asked 3 questions (what I was there for (fever/cold), if I had neck pain and for my IC ) before dismissively "okay" and wanted to end the call. He never asked - if I required meds (I know a lot of ppl don't buy it would be a standard to ask) - Or if I needed an MC. I had to ask. I requested 2 days, he replied he doesn't give 2 days for cold/fever. 1) I don't know how many colds/fever go down in 1 day 2) he could have given the care to asked why i requested 2 days and at least pretended to consider. (I work with food, and on weekends, so I'd rather not feel sick /spread my cold when I'm preparing food.) He asked me to go down if I'm still sick tmrw (which I will be, but I'm not going to healthlight family clinic for sure) Overall dismissive, judgemental attitude like he didn't believe the patient, without even trying to listen to/ask the patient further questions. Just fyi pricing wise MaNaDr was ~ $19 for the consultation.

just had a tele consult with this indian man who straight up asked “you need MC is it?” then i said of course and a memo for referral for lower back pain due to injury. unable to provide unless it is for chest pain, lmao chest pain who still wants to see you? we will be heading towards A&E bro. just because you’re a cardiologist doesn’t mean only chest pain then we can see you. then don’t accept requests on ManaDr. avoid them at all cost, worst clinic ever

0 STAR IF POSSIBLE FOR DR TAN SU FEI, SOPHIE! Booked an online appointment with Dr Sophie as i am having fever and flu with a sharp pain on my eye. She picked up my call in MANADR confirmed my name, asked my concerns and brushed it off with prescribing me with a NORMAL EYEDROPS. Quickly gave me 1 day MC and then hung up before I could even tell her my issues properly. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable, especially when patients seek medical help in times of need. WORST DOCTOR EXPERIENCE. SHE IS A SCAM FOR MONEY.
